I used to be a lifeguard so I can pretty much swim like a fish!! I LOVE the water! All types of water! My husband on the other hand is terrified of it! :( he had a very unfortunate happening with water as a child, but I have helped him with his fear! My favorite thing to do in the water is jet skiing!

I grew up in a part of Ontario, Canada known for it’s lakes so I am a lake-swimmer rather than a pool swimmer but I am not a fan if the lake is too cold. Laps are great in a pool for fitness.
