Fab Freebie: Easily Turned On

So you saw me install this puppy earlier today, and just as we promised we’re back to give you a shot at winning one of your own. The Delta Pilar kitchen faucet with Touch 2O Technology is pretty much any DIY-lover or enthusiastic chef’s best friend because, just as the commercial below demonstrates, you can wash paint, dirt, eggs, chicken goo or any other home-improvement or cooking related mess off of your hands without ever getting it on your purdy fixture.

We’ve actually had ours installed for a week now and I’ve found it extremely helpful even when doing simple tasks like the dishes (yes, I’m usually in charge of the dishes, but Sherry vacuums so it’s pretty fair around here). Rather than having to reach over to turn the handle on and off, I can interrupt the water by just quickly tapping the spout anywhere, and the technology’s even smart enough to know when you’re gripping the faucet to move it (as we do from basin to basin in our double sink) so it doesn’t interpret that maneuver as an on/off trigger. Consider us impressed.

    I HATE when they are obnoxious; and think they are always right. When they butt into what you are saying just to prove you wrong or talk about themselves… UGH!

    I am extremely turned off by lack of grooming. If you want a beard, fine, just keep it neatly trimmed and by all means, don’t accumulate crumbs or other snack leftovers in there!!!! Yuck.

    Guys that are hard-core mama’s boys (uncomfortably/unhealthily so). Guys who adjust their ‘packages’ in public (Like, ew.) And I can’t stand ugly shoes.

    And I know its already been said, but between my husband and 3 sons, put the darn seat down. Nothing worse than getting up in the middle of the night to find the seat up…honestly!

    I think immaturity is a huge turn off. Ironically my husband can be immature at times and it makes me laugh. Go figure.

    I detest smoking. Luckily, I’m married, and my husband doesn’t smoke! I’m in the clear! Although, he tends to leave his giant shoes all over the house, and that drives me crazy.

    A man who can’t dress neatly. As in, wearing a shirt that has been on the floor or what not. Bad personal hygiene is a no-no.
