After lots of love proclamations for NSYNC, NKOTB and more, random.org has survived boy-band-mania and crowned our winner as… Megan G (who says she loves the original boy band…The Beatles). Congrats Megan!
In the spirit of a week of cleaning & organizing, who could use a new lawn mower to tidy things up outside? Well, someone’s getting this puppy (valued at $339) thanks to Lawn-Boy. It’s self propelled, easy to start, and features a “Blade Stop” system that allows you to turn off the blades without killing the engine, which comes in handy if you’ve got a lawn frequently peppered with sticks or toys (not that I’m speaking from experience or anything).

OH BOY!! I was never much of a boy band groupie (favorite band since elementary school has been Sublime), but I will admit that I had a tape from the band Aqua (Barbie Girl anyone?!) in the early days, and I may have played a few Spice Girls songs on repeat…before I knew any better.

Lol. I choose the Beatles :) For “boy bands” I briefly liked O-Town, ha. We were on a family vacation back when they were still shooting ‘Making the Band’ and they happened to serenade me (a.k.a. they warmed up) on the roof balcony at the Disney restaurant. Standing that close to a bunch of hot guys singing “to me” was amazing as a 14-year-old :)

“OH BOY!” I could really use a new lawn mower! I am 24 (so I totally grew up in the N*Sync, Backstreet Boy, and 98 Degrees era and trust me…I liked them all) and just bought my house last August. I have a great yard and my parents bought me a mower which I’m very thankful for but it’s electric and my yard is a decent size and boy does it get in the way! I live by myself and my boyfriend isn’t too into mowing so it’s all on me to get the job done. I can’t afford a better mower and would LOVE to win one! If I were to win, I would donate my old mower to someone who could use it!

I would die for a new mower mainly because the last time I started mine the pull start snapped off and whipped me in the face resulting in 5 stitches.
