I am the tool lady of the house. When we bought our house everyone bought me decor stuff and my husband starter tools. 2 years later I’m the one doing everything and we could use a few good power tools. Next on my list hardwood floor installing in my livign room and kitchen. Wish me luck.

It really is a toss up between a miter saw and a nail gun. But I am definitely leaning towards a miter saw to help me finally put up baseboards in my basement after a year of staring at them (in hindsight I should have been a little less in a hurry to throw out the last batch..oops!)

Oh and some sawhorses – I’m using the extra folding tables we use for having guests over, which probably isn’t good for them. We are thinking about purchasing a nail gun, miter saw and a tile cutter. All to assist with our newish home. We closed in March, still havent moved in yet, but hopefully soon! The DIY projects that need to be done before we can live there are almost complete. Ahh living with the parents with a 18 month old and newborn. Moving in to this house can not happen soon enough!
