Fab Freebie: A Splash Of Color

*** This giveaway is now closed – see who won below!***

After quite a color-filled few days here on YHL, random.org has selected our winner as… Daffodil (whose kitchen gets almost zero natural light, so she painted it a cheerful bright yellow). Congrats! And I think we have an idea of what color sink you might be choosing…

Jonathan Adler has been a big inspiration to us lately, especially as we learn to embrace more color in this house than our first one. And as excited as we were by his new color-filled collaboration with Kohler, we were even MORE excited when Kohler agreed to give one of you a new kitchen sink and faucet to the tune of nearly $3,000 in value. So what’ll it be? Do you want the poppy yellow apron sink for your kitchen? A cool aqua double-sink for your basement wet bar? Or maybe a deep single sink in navy? The choice is all yours.

Kohler Jonathan Adler YHL Giveaway

And since a sink isn’t much good without a faucet, Kohler’s gonna let you choose from three of their favorite styles in any available finish: the Purist, the Cruette, or the Simplice. Whatever choice you make, something tells me that doing dishes is going to be a lot cheerier around someone’s house very soon…

Kohler Jonathan Adler YHL Giveaway Faucets

  • PRIZE: A new kitchen sink from the Kohler Colors Featuring Jonathan Adler collection, plus a new faucet. A potential prize value of nearly $3,000!
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “ADLER ME!” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … how are you currently bringing color into your kitchen? Did you pick a bold paint color for the walls? Do you like a vase of fresh flowers on the counter? Or do you often find that the most colorful thing in your kitchen is your latest culinary creation?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, July 25th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Kohler.

ADLER ME!! Although I would LOVE this for my kitchen, I’m still an apartment dweller, so the boldest item in my (tiny) kitchen is my bowl of limes! My sister and her husband are in the begining stages of planning their complete kitchen overhaul of their recently purchased 1920’s home. I’d be the best sister ever if I could add this to their plan!! :)

ADLER ME! Our kitchen is already a powerhouse of color, since we used really bold deep colors to give it a quick update (from 70’s country kitchen) after we bought our home while working on the rest of our house. But we are getting ready to renovate the kitchen so a new bold sink would be fab!

ADLER ME! we moved in 7 months ago and the kitchen walls are still white! the plan is to do 2-3 shades lighter gray than what’s in the living room, get white cabinets and this beautiful speckled gray silestone countertop. now, can’t you imagine that with a colorful sink? i can! what a great idea! the color pops are currently a teal vase with navy faux hydrangeas, a blue metal crab on the wall (we live in baltimore, hon!) and teal and yellow giant push pins in the corkboard. we need to be adlered! thanks.
