Fab Freebie: A Splash Of Color

*** This giveaway is now closed – see who won below!***

After quite a color-filled few days here on YHL, random.org has selected our winner as… Daffodil (whose kitchen gets almost zero natural light, so she painted it a cheerful bright yellow). Congrats! And I think we have an idea of what color sink you might be choosing…

Jonathan Adler has been a big inspiration to us lately, especially as we learn to embrace more color in this house than our first one. And as excited as we were by his new color-filled collaboration with Kohler, we were even MORE excited when Kohler agreed to give one of you a new kitchen sink and faucet to the tune of nearly $3,000 in value. So what’ll it be? Do you want the poppy yellow apron sink for your kitchen? A cool aqua double-sink for your basement wet bar? Or maybe a deep single sink in navy? The choice is all yours.

Kohler Jonathan Adler YHL Giveaway

And since a sink isn’t much good without a faucet, Kohler’s gonna let you choose from three of their favorite styles in any available finish: the Purist, the Cruette, or the Simplice. Whatever choice you make, something tells me that doing dishes is going to be a lot cheerier around someone’s house very soon…

Kohler Jonathan Adler YHL Giveaway Faucets

  • PRIZE: A new kitchen sink from the Kohler Colors Featuring Jonathan Adler collection, plus a new faucet. A potential prize value of nearly $3,000!
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “ADLER ME!” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … how are you currently bringing color into your kitchen? Did you pick a bold paint color for the walls? Do you like a vase of fresh flowers on the counter? Or do you often find that the most colorful thing in your kitchen is your latest culinary creation?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, July 25th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Kohler.

Adler me! Currently my kitchen has NO color, or personality, or counter space, or cabinet space… and is in serious need of a renovation. How great would a fun sink be as a place to start!

We’re doing an overhaul soon though so the reds and yellows will soon turn to turquoises, yellows, greens and oranges. Can’t wait!! :)

ADLER ME!! I adddd color to my kitchen by painting it a toffee bar candy color. It really warmed up the room with the black countertops and appliances. Since fall is my favorite season, it is accented with red and my favorite color orange. A sink with color would be a breath of fresh air since we have had stainless for ten years.

ADLER ME!!! We inherited a straight-outta-the-70’s kitchen complete with sprite can floors & olive green counters. While we are slowly saving/DIY’ing the updates, we decided to embrace the green & accent with chipper yellow & cobalt blue. We will certainly be glad when the sprite can effect is gone, but for now we love our little kitchen!!

We just bought a house and it is lacking color in the kitchen but I LOVE this colored sink idea. Our first order of bold color was to paint the bedroom a navy blue (there is LOTS of thick white trim to balance it). It’s amazing.
