And along with bigger building and DIY ideas they’ve also got decor tutorials (like stamping curtains) and crafty stuff (like making silhouette art) too.

Most creative idea? I think that may have been the beaded papier-maché spice rack made out of recycled fedex boxes I made when I was just out of college. The shelves are a little droopy, but I promise nobody else has one like it!

IDEA ME! A simple quick dinner of black beans, rice, and tomatoes when i am too tired to cook. Throw in some cheese, avocados, and chips and you are good to go in as long as it takes for the rice to cook!

YAYYYY! Thank you so much!! I am so excited to be the winner! I have entered the contests every week for at least a year!
I’m getting married in December to a wonderful man from Owego, NY, one of the towns near Binghamton that got washed away by the record flooding last week. My future mother-in-law lost everything on her first floor and basement and has to completely rebuild her home, so I’ll be taking a trip to Lowes with her and my gift card! Maybe she’ll let me pick out the paint colors. :)

Our second bathroom has been gutted down to the studs for a while…and the bathtub I picked out earlier this summer is only available at Lowe’s. Happy coincidence, we’ll be shopping soon :)
