Fab Freebie: Pressed And Ready

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries***

Since we know you guys love personalized stationery as much as we do (and we always like to support other husband and wife teams), we’re psyched to bring you this week’s giveaway from Wild Ink Press. This duo – plus their 2 year old son/sidekick- churns out beautiful letterpress stationery by hand (and foot). And they print all of their stuff on 100% recycled paper or cotton and reuse everything from scraps to clean-up rags, always keeping their process as eco-friendly as possible. But of course, it’s their stunning designs that are the real stars of their process.

And this week, TWO of you are going to win a custom set of letterpress stationery (up to a $150 value each!). Here are the five designs our winners will have the pleasure of choosing from, either for themselves (or maybe even as a Valentine’s Day gift?). First we have The Signature, which puts your name in a silver metallic script with a custom icon to add some whimsy. And you can pick from green, pink, khaki or gray envelopes to match. Man, I wish my signature came out this fancy looking every time I sign on the dotted line.

The Dictionary is a classic design with dark brown or black ink on ivory paper. And speaking of the ivories, the khaki envelope comes lined with vintage sheet music or an actual dictionary page (smoking jacket and pipe not included).

The Bandana Paisley is kinda dusty old west meets colorful sophistication. Pick from a magenta, turquoise, purple or red paisley to coordinate with a gray, khaki or purple envelope. A far cry from the days of the Pony Express.

The Nautical had us at “ahoy.” It comes on beachy pale blue paper with a ship ghosted in the background and a handsome navy envelope.

The Audrey is a combo of a sophisticated dotted pinstripe and your name printed in a playful circus font. The orange or magenta color options for both the type and envelope finish off the big top design.

Have you already picked out the one you love? Well here’s how you can vie for your chance to win (bonus: stay tuned for a discount on Thursday- everyone sort of wins in the end):

PRESS ME

I write in half cursive and half type. Most other people can’t read it, which is fine with me! :)

Oh my, this is gorgeous letter press! I hardly ever write by hand, except for when writing notes to loved ones. It’s a new year’s resolution of mine to do less emailing and texting and more phone-calling and writing of notes.

“PRESS ME”

Every couple of months I make an effort to write legibly (even I can’t decipher my own writing when I try to read it the next day). It starts off beautifully then degrades with each sentence. Oh well, that’s what fonts and printers are for.

PRESS ME!

I love writing letters and usually do so in cursive. Although when my hand tires I might lazily shift to print.

Press Me!

OOOH! This stationary is beautiful! I write in a combination of cursive and print.

Press Me!

I like to write in print, rather than cursive.

PRESS ME!
I’m an architect by day so I print in CAPS most of the time. My cursive is more of an italic and I use that for quick notes. But in my free time I do calligraphy for invitations, etc. and even dabble in chalk for menu boards. I’m addicted to all things paper and love stationery and paper! Now only if I could find the time to write a letter these days…

Press Me, please!

I always write in cursive, and I have a special “frilly” way of signing my name. Very girly.

Press Me!

I prefer to type all of my correspondence, but I am sure my beautiful wife would like this set.

My handwriting is cursive all the way! I think cursive is pretty and elegant.

PRESS ME!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE letterpress stationary. I *really* wanted to get our wedding invitations letterpressed, but wanted to save money and made my own. Guess what? I ended up spending just as much!!!

My writing style you ask? I write in print, no cursive unless it’s a signature. We weren’t really taught cursive in grammar school, it was called DeNealian, and I couldn’t stand it! Luckily they were ok with my neat print…

PRESS ME! I AM ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME…well not really when I am typing but handwritten YES!

Thanks, love your stuff

PRESS ME. I hardly ever write by hand, except for when writing notes to oldr family members. It is one of my recent resolutions of less typing and more writing, old-fashined style, hand on paper.

PRESS ME!!

I have totally wacky handwriting that changes by the mood.

I love stationary!!

Press me. I love personalized stationary and have my own but wanted to get some with both my husband and my name.

PRESS ME!

I prefer to not write in cursive; I like my “normal” writing better. Its taller than it is wide, and my e’s are rounded, not pointy :)

PRESS ME

*drool* it’s all so fab! Wild Ink has so many things I abmire!
My handwriting sufferes from being left handed and dyslexic. Generally a rounded cute print. Cursive and close to illegible if im writing in a hurry. I enjoy fancy upper case E’s and lowercase f’s esp. :p Almost everything has smudges somewhere!

PRESS ME. I would say my handwriting is a combination of cursive and print. It totally suits me!

PRESS ME!!!!!

I love sending letters in my big loopy cursive handwriting!

Press Me!
I write in cursive with some standard lettering in there- especially if I’m excited about what I’m writing it then gets more jumbled!

PRESS ME!

I always intend to write in caps, but sometimes if I’m worked up about something, it will switch into cursive…weird

PRESS ME!

I love the signature, and I mix up cursive, with upper and lower cases all the time! I am such a mixed bag.

PRESS ME!!!

My handwriting is not cursive any more but a combination of cursive and printing.

PRESS ME!

What pretty stationery!

I am a mix of cursive and print. can’t pin me down to just one!

Press me!
My handwriting is print, but slanty. I would love to send out letters on these beauties!

PRESS ME!

my writing is definitely a combination of cursive and print! like within the same word!

PRESS ME . I’d love these for my 11 year old daughter who is always writing! She writes her friends letters all the time and would adore this!

Press ME!
I love handwriting but can’t commit to any one style. It changes depending on my mood, the weather, whatever.

This letterpress stationery is gorgeous!

PRESS ME!

Cursive is the way to go… it automatically makes everything you write look fancier.

Press me!

Writing style depends on my mood. Most of the time it’s a messy penmanship.

PRESS ME!

PRESS ME!

I take after my Dad-my handwriting is terrible! I stick to my Mac for everything possible. I even printed my addressed wedding invitation envelopes in cursive so I wouldn’t have to write them out.

PRESS ME – I’m cursivey, blocky, messy, pretty depending on what I’m writing and how rushed I am.

PRESS ME!

I prefer to write in print most of the time. I have very neat penmanship and I’m sort of a pen snob. I guess when it comes to my writing style, you could call me a perfectionist!

PRESS ME

I WRITE IN ALL CAPS

PRESS ME! I always use print never cursive!

“PRESS ME”

I often switch between CAPS and cursive-y/print that learned from my 4th grade teacher that was German. I always loved the way she wrote “r” in words!

PRESS ME:D

I heart snailmail! I am a printer except for my signature. My desk is my zen spot and I try to spend an hour every morning writing letters to friends/family. I love the surprise of a personal letter in the mail. It sure beats bills!

PRESS ME! All caps normally, any other way is too bubbly and difficult to read.

PRESS ME!

Its all a mess!

Press me! Ehhh… tend to do more email just to avoid the handwriting issues.

press me

PRESS ME!!!

Mostly I type, but this would allow me to write in cursive or whatever else I like!
