A couple of weeks ago we asked our Facebook fans to share pictures of their pets (since we talk incessantly about Burger) and got an awesome response – over 100 photos and links of their four-legged friends (which you can browse right here under Fan Photos). So we figured a giveaway geared towards your pooches (and meowsers) was in order. Enter AllModernPet.com stage right…

DOGGONE IT….or rather…BUNNY GONE IT!
Cat or Dog? How about bunnies? Our bunners will give us the evil eye that says- “you are about to spend the next two hours screaming and cursing at us- but we won’t care!” then hop over to our entertainment center (you know- the one we chose because there is no way our bunnies could crawl UNDER the darn thing) and crawl under the darn thing. Of course, they flop down (as best as you could flop in a 6 inch space) and stare at us, with that same evil stare.
Bunnies are officially included. How silly of us to overlook them!

Our Schnoodle dives under the covers and stays until removed to the foot of the bed.
DOGGONE IT! Our dog falls asleep in small places (i.e. under the bed, between the couch and end table, etc.). He’s 75 lbs. :)
I will refrain from entering this contest because I have just put my 18 year old cat down on Saturday :o(

We have an 82 pound chocolate lab named Riley. When Riley is feeling a little needy, he thinks he is a lap dog. He will climb up on the couch or chair and will make room for himself. Either on you or squished into a one foot space next to you. It is hard to resist because of how cute it is.

Jack, our persian cat, kneads on my wedding portfolio and then sleeps against it. We got married 2 years ago, but I don’t have the heart to put the portfolio away!
My cat Carson’s current favorite sleeping places are inside my dryer on top of clothes or stretched out in the bathtub.

Our pup loves to cuddle up inbetween us in bed, laying on his back with his legs in the air.

DOGGONE IT! Our little ‘pooch’ is a bunny who thinks he’s a dog. His name is Sassafrass and is the most precious little thing imaginable. He loves to sleep everywhere but would LOVE a posh bed for his little head.

Our boxer thinks he is a 90 pound lap dog, so if he is not on our laps he tries to curl up touching us with some part of his body. Our mutt Porsche thinks she is a cat and curls up on the upper couch cushions or on the stairs.
DOGGONE IT! Our dog Frankie is obsessed with being under blankets. If he finds it impossible to get himself under covers, he slides his head behind pillows or anything that is available to create a little world of darkness.
DOGGONE IT! My sweet pup, Sam, loves to sleep asleep in her armchair, upside down on her back, feet up in the air. Its the cutest thing.

Our silly puppy loves to sleep on anything that we leave on the floor. Sometimes it’s a duffle bag and sometimes it’s something as small as a sock! She is so goofy, but so cute!
Rosie (rescue dog,) aka Rosalita Wrinkle Head, loves to sleep in a sunbeam “DOGGONE IT!”
DOGGONE IT! Our dog Dempsey likes to sleep under the bed (that is also where he hides when he knows it is bath time or time to trim his nails) and when we are in the bed he tries to jump up and dive under the covers as quick as he can and snuggle under there until he gets to hot and has to hop of the bed and take all of our covers with him. Keep in mind he is 85 pounds! He loves to be under blankets but doesn’t realize that he will get too hot!

Our cat, Max, likes to sleep in my underwear drawer, so all my underwear and socks are covered with cat hairs. Our dog, Kona, likes to sleep with us. Luckily she sticks to the foot of the bed!

Our dog will sleep anywhere and in any position so long as he’s cuddling with us!
DOGGONE IT! My Italian Greyhound Bella loves to climb on the top of the couch and strategically lay on the pillows.

Our 29lb Boston Terrier, Fenway, thinks he’s a cat. He likes to sleep on the back of the sofa so he look out the window and watch for squirrels and bunnies.

Our American Bobtail, Puma, falls asleep everynight with one arm sticking through whoever’s shoe was left laying out. Wether it be my husband’s size 17 boots, or my son’s toddler size 8 sandals!

DOGGONE IT We have to American Stafforshire Terriers:D Even though they look scarry they are adorable. If my mom is angry at them and will throuw them out of bed they will go to the clost. I guess its dark there. :D
DOGGONE IT! Our pug, Rhyli Roo, loves to sleep…well, anywhere, really, even standing up, but the strangest place is probably in the bathtub -no water – she hopped in and settled down there one day a few weeks ago when it was really hot and humid out!

Our russian blue cat, Forest, likes to sleep with his paws in the air and his head tilted on our couch. When he is sitting in his window perch, he sleeps curled in a ball. :)
Doggone it! My 5lb long hair chihuahua Bella will sleep ontop of the dirty clothes during thunderstorms. For her naps she sleeps behind the throw pillows on the sofa, where you can’t even see her big ol ears. Thank goodness I figured that one out, since one time I thought she had ran out of the house.

Yesterday we found our puppy, Bogey, sleeping on top of his crate!

Last Thursday, we just had to put down our family golden retriever, Sadie, whom my family has had since I was a teenager. She used to sleep in the craziest of places including under the stairs, behind the kitchen table, in a corner in the dining room and in my parents’ bed with her head on my mom’s pillow. We are devastated and miss her like crazy, but will be getting a golden puppy in a few weeks to ease our sorrows!

Our 7 year old beagle/hound mix loves to sleep just about anywhere but his recent favorite is under the kitchen table with one side against a table leg and the other limbs against chair legs. We think he likes to be enclosed.

we have 3 dogs, 2 great danes and one german shepherd mix. Jesse our German Shephard will slide his 50 odd pound body under our bed, but our younger dane JuneBug who really loves being with us will sleep standing however will rest her what seems like a 50 pound head of us, whilst we watch television.

our pups like to sleep anywhere there is a heat vent (mostly in the winter.) Other favorites are under the bed and anywhere there is a ray of sunshine hitting the floor.

Our cat Mona likes to sleep where ever we were previously sitting. If I get up and go the the kitchen, undoubtedly she will be curled up in my spot by the time I return.

My Chi-terrier mix loves to burrow under blankets. You have to under couch throws and bed duvets before you sit down, because you never know where he has gone next.

Both our dogs Max the black pug, aka Blackaroni Jones and our new puppy, Chico the pug terrier mix aka Tweak-o the hellhound are “crotch sleepers”. They both insist on sleeping between the legs of whoever is laying on the couch or in the bed, and will paw at your legs until you move over enough for them to scooch in and lay down.

DOGGONE IT! Penny, our Jack Russell Terrier loves to sleep on the edge of the back of the couch, balanced ever so precariously…that is, when she isn’t sleeping under the covers by the feet of whoever’s bed she’s crawled into :)
DOGGONE IT! Pookie, our Bichon Frise, likes to sleep on her “perch”, as we call it. Her perch is actually on top of the couch cushion on which we have a decor-coordinated dog throw (totally did not expect to find this the pet department!) for her to lay on. She then definitely has a kooky way she sleeps, with her head hanging down from the side of the cushion, sometimes between the cushions (see links below or by clicking on my name).
