Great idea! You know what I enjoy as much as your posts? Seeing what clever little title you guys come up with!
What a wonderful idea! I’ve been trying to convince my hubby that we need a fire bowl in our front yard. There is a huge copper one shown in the slideshow of new summer stuff on the ikea website, but of course it isn’t available anwhere on their website. Do y’all think it is a bad idea to put one under a tree canopy?

Elizabeth- Heck no. A tree canopy sounds like the perfect spot for s’mores a fresco. As long as there’s no earthly way the fire could jump up and catch the tree on fire- it’s not a problem at all if some leaves or buds drop from the tree and make their way into the firepit from time to time. That just adds the flavor of good ol’ mother nature to those marshmallows…
