It’s no secret that we love West Elm (we own two daybeds and a desk among other things from their store). Not only is West Elm helping us celebrate four years of blogging, they’re also celebrating the launch of their new blog Front & Main (named for the Brooklyn street corner where their original brick-and-mortar store sits). Since 2007 life has settled down a lot. Our 3rd (and so far last) child was born late in December ’06. We’re enjoying moving beyond the baby stages with all our kids and enjoying those freedoms. This past year our family made a major life change by moving to a very small town to help out in the poor and needy community.

Mmm… 2007…met the best man ever, went to Africa with him, got engaged… 2008…married the best man ever, planned to move to Africa, got pregnant, stayed here instead… 2009…had a beautiful baby girl, got pregnant again… 2010…had an adorable baby boy, and (whew!) not pregnant! 2011…celebrated my 3rd anniversary, painted our awful-barn -red-with-sky-blue-trim house a lovey fresh and clean yellow (with a sage green front door) …currently?
