It’s no secret that we love West Elm (we own two daybeds and a desk among other things from their store). Let’s see – at this point in 2007, I was in the middle of wedding planning!! My husband and I tied the knot in December 2007, so in mid-September I was cake-tasting and trying on dresses.

How my life is different since 2007:
In 2007 I was living w/my mom after my divorce…now I’m living in the house my new, wonderful husband and I bought in March. Lots of DIY’ing happening here!
In 2007 I was driving an unreliable, but paid off,’98 Mazda 626…I just paid off my ’08 Honda Fit on Saturday! Don’t plan on buying another car til this one dies! :)
I was 30ish lbs heavier in 2007…
I didn’t know of Zumba in 2007…now I teach 5 classes a week.
I teach kids how to read at a different school now…using a different program…with different co-workers.
