It’s no secret that we love West Elm (we own two daybeds and a desk among other things from their store). Not only is West Elm helping us celebrate four years of blogging, they’re also celebrating the launch of their new blog Front & Main (named for the Brooklyn street corner where their original brick-and-mortar store sits). Since 2007, my husband and I finished our doctorates, went from being grad students to having “real” jobs, moved from a sunny metropolis to a cold rural Midwestern town, and most important, welcomed our baby boy–now eighteen months! Can you believe how fast time flies? And at least 6,8934 times faster once you have a kid (according to my mathematical calculations).
