in 2007…i was a junior/senior in college making bad decisions on a daily basis (haha!) and in a matter of 4 short years, i’ve managed to grow up, i’ve moved back to my hometown, somehow got the hot older boy next door to marry me (still confused as to how that happened!), and recently got knocked up. :-D i’m as happy as i’ve ever been!

Since 2007… my twins have graduated from high school and entered college; my hair has gone from waist length to barely an inch long; I have shed many unwanted obligations; I have taken up biking every day; I have lost close to 40 pounds; and I have taken up meditation. All in all, quite a bit happier than in 2007.
Oh, plus, I completed my first ever, just because it’s pretty, home improvement project and spray painted the ugly brass kitchen hardware with oil-rubbed bronze. ; )

How have things changed in the past four years in my life? Got a mintue or 4,260?? I’ll spare you from all the gory details, but will tell you that I’ve learned not to sweat the small stuff and that the important things in life aren’t things at all. People and experiences are where I invest my time and money these days.
