It’s no secret that we love West Elm (we own two daybeds and a desk among other things from their store). Not only is West Elm helping us celebrate four years of blogging, they’re also celebrating the launch of their new blog Front & Main (named for the Brooklyn street corner where their original brick-and-mortar store sits). I live in a new house, I have a new name (got married), I have a new job (including one in the middle), I have a new car, I have a new phone number. Honestly, the only thing I don’t have new is my cat. Thankfully, she’s still here.

My parents are both gone now (but with 60 yrs of marriage – they were a major blessing to our family), my 26 yr old daughter is married, Jojo the cat passed away, Bella the cat was adopted and my employer is going through yet another merger! Ouch!

West me!!! Lots have changed for me! Moved a few times and finally to our own house, which is little, but we love it and two kids later and boom it’s 2011! 2007 was a great year for us! We were newly weds and found out we were having our first baby!!! And it was a girl!!! Such a great year!!!
