Raise your hand if you know what a bathymetric chart is. I didn’t before this giveaway, but it’s basically like a topographic map for what lies underwater. But the more important thing to know is that the married duo behind Below the Boat turns these charts into gorgeous, laser-cut, hand-assembled works of art. They’re beautifully intricate and fascinatingly detailed. And they’ve got lots of bodies of water from the east coast, west coast, and even some lakes in between.     BOAT ME! I’d like to lounge on a yacht around the coast of Capri. It would have to be a pretty fantastic trip to get me out on a boat!

    BOAT ME! I would love a vacation on a catamaran in the Caribbean. Warm days, warm waters, easy to jump in and out of the sea, just sailing around without a care. That would be perfection.

    Boat me!! Kayak or canoe for me, found out the hard way that I’m a very nervous boater if I can’t see land, so I’ll stick to vessels that let me stay nice and close to the shore line.
