Fab Freebie: Tile Shop ‘Til Your Drop

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

Random.org had quite the task of sifting through so many entries this week, but it has randomly selected our winner as… Kelley (who has so many ideas for how to use the gift card, including a fireplace surround, kitchen backsplash or master bath floor). Congrats!

Ready for this? It’s not only one of our biggest giveaways EVER, but it’s also a giant excuse-buster when it comes to that tile project that you’ve been putting off. This week The Tile Shop is giving one of you a whopping $1,500 prize. In case you think your eyes are playing tricks on you, allow me to demonstrate that they’re not:

TileShop Giveaway 1500

That’s enough spending money to snag over $1,000 worth of tile and still have enough to get all of the installation tools you might need to DIY the job. The Tile Shop has even put together a little shopping list for you – it includes buckets, a wet saw, a notched trowel, a margin trowel, a rubber float, a mixer bar, tile nippers, knee pads, rubber spacers, flexible grout admixture, grout, a sealer kit, caulk and thinset. Wow, that was a mouthful. But at least it’ll be a free mouthful for one of you!

TileShop Giveaway Board

  • PRIZE: $1500 (!!!) to spend at The Tile Shop
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “TILE ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what could use some fresh tile in your house? Wanna finally add that backsplash to your kitchen? Or is your shower begging for a new surround? Maybe your mudroom could use a prettier floor or your fireplace could stand to be updated?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, March 14th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • DISCOUNT: Save 10% with code YHL10
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of The Tile Shop.

TILE ME! Pretty much every tiled floor in our house needs replacing :( We moved in, and realized all the appropriately placed rugs, vases, etc that covered broken tiles. Womp womp.

Would love to to tile our kitchen. The current peel and stick tile that is there just isn’t cutting it for us.

    TILE ME!!

As I don’t own a home yet (sad face), this really wouldn’t be for me, but rather an investment for a home i’ll someday own! My parents are in the middle of building a homestead of sorts on family land, and they sure could use some jazzy tiles to up the wow factor in the bathrooms! I love that they’re keeping my brother and me in the designing loop since we’ll be spending so much time there on holidays and long weekends :)

We would love to tile behind our kitchen stove. But that leads to needing a new counter, and a new sink etc. Next thing you know you need an entire kitchen reno! This sure would help…thanks for the chance!

Tile ME! Our kitchen is pitiful. We are the before picture, except the tile was redone 4 years ago, but was installed imporoperly and now half the tiles are cracked, and the grout has come out. Did I mention that I’m no fan of the color either? Sigh…

TILE ME! …and my kitchen! We’ve been building our home by hand (and some blood, sweat and tears) for the past year and a half, and our kitchen is still waiting for that backsplash. Recently I’ve been pining away for some tile but we simply don’t have the budget for it right now. This incentive would be really helpful!

TILE ME…My soon-to-be hubby and I are closing (no surprises…crossing fingers) on our 36-year-old frst place in a few weeks. We would like to change the flooring througout the house. If we won the giveway, the priority rooms/areas would be the kitchen, laundry room and mudroom. We would then be in a better position to change out the other flooring in the house.

    TILE ME!!

Our master bath has atrocious tile work. Right now it’s all white, which wouldn’t be too bad if they had done it correctly and not made things all crooked and tried to fill in the huge gaping spaces with caulk (that didn’t hold up). It was also never resealed so the grout is stained. Can’t wait to tear it all out and start fresh, I’m thinking sea glass!

Between cracked tiles, tiles falling off, discolored grout and slobber from our 200 pound Mastiff (of course our bathroom is her favorite spot to lay! :)), our bathroom is a mess.
