Fab Freebie: Tile Shop ‘Til Your Drop

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

Random.org had quite the task of sifting through so many entries this week, but it has randomly selected our winner as… Kelley (who has so many ideas for how to use the gift card, including a fireplace surround, kitchen backsplash or master bath floor). Congrats!

Ready for this? It’s not only one of our biggest giveaways EVER, but it’s also a giant excuse-buster when it comes to that tile project that you’ve been putting off. This week The Tile Shop is giving one of you a whopping $1,500 prize. In case you think your eyes are playing tricks on you, allow me to demonstrate that they’re not:

TileShop Giveaway 1500

That’s enough spending money to snag over $1,000 worth of tile and still have enough to get all of the installation tools you might need to DIY the job. The Tile Shop has even put together a little shopping list for you – it includes buckets, a wet saw, a notched trowel, a margin trowel, a rubber float, a mixer bar, tile nippers, knee pads, rubber spacers, flexible grout admixture, grout, a sealer kit, caulk and thinset. Wow, that was a mouthful. But at least it’ll be a free mouthful for one of you!

TileShop Giveaway Board

  • PRIZE: $1500 (!!!) to spend at The Tile Shop
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “TILE ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what could use some fresh tile in your house? Wanna finally add that backsplash to your kitchen? Or is your shower begging for a new surround? Maybe your mudroom could use a prettier floor or your fireplace could stand to be updated?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, March 14th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • DISCOUNT: Save 10% with code YHL10
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of The Tile Shop.

I would use it to redo the laundry room and I’d probably have enough to do my two bathrooms (the Master bath is begging for a reno)

TILE ME! As much as I’d love a kitchen backsplash, I need a whole new kitchen, so I wouldn’t use it on that when I would just be tearing it out again someday. ;) But our bath could use some beautiful tile floors (perhaps with some radiant heat installed…ooooh, that would be heaven!). Thanks for the giveaway! :)

TILE ME….please please please!!! I’ve been hoping for new tile in our kitchen. Our current tile is just plain ol’ white and our back door is in our kitchen…with a dog and two boys constantly coming in and out…the tile NEVER looks clean!! I’d love to retile the kitchen and have some tile that will be a little more forgiving to the lack of constant cleaning!

TILE ME please, we bought a home in Church Hill last summer and it doesn’t have a back splash and I have scrubbed the mess off the walls so much that they are coming apart. I showed my husband some subway tiles I really liked the other day and he just looked at me like “how would be do that” but after seeing your blog I’m inspired to try!?!

Tile remodeling wants (I believe they are needs but that feels rather selfish)
    – rear entry
    – back entry
    – guest bathroom floor
    – master bathroom floor
    – master bathroom shower surround

Tile me. We’ve redone our kitchen, built a new bathroom, renovated the master bathroom, and then run out of money. We have one more bathroom (the worst of the bunch, alas!) waiting until we get dollars to start up again. This could really help, hint, hint!

TILE ME! I would have a big decision to make between an awesome glass tile backsplash & something other than crusty ugly laminate on the floor in the laundry room. The backsplash would win of course & I would allow my good fortune to also splurge on a cute rug for the laundry. Both problems solved!
