Fab Freebie: Tile Shop ‘Til Your Drop

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

Random.org had quite the task of sifting through so many entries this week, but it has randomly selected our winner as… Kelley (who has so many ideas for how to use the gift card, including a fireplace surround, kitchen backsplash or master bath floor). Congrats!

Ready for this? It’s not only one of our biggest giveaways EVER, but it’s also a giant excuse-buster when it comes to that tile project that you’ve been putting off. This week The Tile Shop is giving one of you a whopping $1,500 prize. In case you think your eyes are playing tricks on you, allow me to demonstrate that they’re not:

TileShop Giveaway 1500

That’s enough spending money to snag over $1,000 worth of tile and still have enough to get all of the installation tools you might need to DIY the job. The Tile Shop has even put together a little shopping list for you – it includes buckets, a wet saw, a notched trowel, a margin trowel, a rubber float, a mixer bar, tile nippers, knee pads, rubber spacers, flexible grout admixture, grout, a sealer kit, caulk and thinset. Wow, that was a mouthful. But at least it’ll be a free mouthful for one of you!

TileShop Giveaway Board

  • PRIZE: $1500 (!!!) to spend at The Tile Shop
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “TILE ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what could use some fresh tile in your house? Wanna finally add that backsplash to your kitchen? Or is your shower begging for a new surround? Maybe your mudroom could use a prettier floor or your fireplace could stand to be updated?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, March 14th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • DISCOUNT: Save 10% with code YHL10
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of The Tile Shop.

    Happy Birthday to me!

I would love to add a backsplash to my blah of a kitchen. And maybe a tile floor in my bathroom!

    TILE ME!

Oooh, I’d love a chance to win this. I have a half-torn-up bathroom that desperately needs new floor tile and new shower surround tile to replace the ghastly cheapo material the prior owners used for a surround.

C’mon, fates, baby needs a new set of tiles – LOL!

    Thanks!

My kitchen AND my bathroom desperately need some love. They both have the same, bland, brownish laminate! Some funky new tile would look great with my old school BLUE tub! Haha!

TILE ME! My bathroom desparately needs renovating, and since it’s a very tiny 5.5 x 6.6 foot space, $1500 will easily cover all the tile and supplies needed. Seriously, you have no idea how bad the tile in there right now is. Scroll down through this post and you’ll see.

TILE ME!!!! We are in desperate need of redoing our first floor bathroom. The previous owners put tile in, but one must of cracked so they decided to replace it. Which would seem fine but they used caulk instead of grout and mortar to hold it in, ugh! And the tile on the floor don’t match the wall tiles and the wall tiles have no bullnose on the ends. On a side note they also used silicone to adhere the toilet instead of a wax ring, seriously! The whole thing is a mess and a little money to do the tile would be awesome to help us afford the other repairs.

Tile me….our bathroom could use all kinds of tile. From I’ve tried everything to remove old stains on the existing tile to a very dated salmon colored tile floor. It all needs to be updated! I’ll keep my fingers crossed for a little incentive to start our DIY bathroom remodel.

TILE ME! I would do our shower that needs it terribly. It has one of those awful plastic inserts that we have to keep re-caulking. If there was any money leftover (it’s a small bathroom), then I would do a kitchen backsplash. We dont have one at all!
