Fab Freebie: Tile Shop ‘Til Your Drop

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

Random.org had quite the task of sifting through so many entries this week, but it has randomly selected our winner as… Kelley (who has so many ideas for how to use the gift card, including a fireplace surround, kitchen backsplash or master bath floor). Congrats!

Ready for this? It’s not only one of our biggest giveaways EVER, but it’s also a giant excuse-buster when it comes to that tile project that you’ve been putting off. This week The Tile Shop is giving one of you a whopping $1,500 prize. In case you think your eyes are playing tricks on you, allow me to demonstrate that they’re not:

TileShop Giveaway 1500

That’s enough spending money to snag over $1,000 worth of tile and still have enough to get all of the installation tools you might need to DIY the job. The Tile Shop has even put together a little shopping list for you – it includes buckets, a wet saw, a notched trowel, a margin trowel, a rubber float, a mixer bar, tile nippers, knee pads, rubber spacers, flexible grout admixture, grout, a sealer kit, caulk and thinset. Wow, that was a mouthful. But at least it’ll be a free mouthful for one of you!

TileShop Giveaway Board

  • PRIZE: $1500 (!!!) to spend at The Tile Shop
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “TILE ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what could use some fresh tile in your house? Wanna finally add that backsplash to your kitchen? Or is your shower begging for a new surround? Maybe your mudroom could use a prettier floor or your fireplace could stand to be updated?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, March 14th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • DISCOUNT: Save 10% with code YHL10
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of The Tile Shop.

    TILE ME!!! (please?)
My master bath desperately needs a redo. The shower tile is off-white with black grout. Um, yuck. Doesn’t matter how often I clean it, it will never look clean.
    Pick me please. :-)

    TILE ME!!!
    MARCH 14th is MY BIRTHDAY!!!!
I need this sooooo bad!!! We took on a huge main floor Reno 8 months ago and have run of of moola!!! So despite our beautiful new ikea kitchen and hardwood floors and new interior doors, our house still looks and feels unfinished!!! No backsplash in the kitchen (we want white penny tile just like yours), no flooring in the front entryway, and old dingy tile in the bathroom :0(
This would be the best birthday present ever!!!!!!!!!

TILE ME. I have 3 bathrooms that could all use some new tile, plus my kitchen has no backsplash, so that would be fun to add. I’d love to get rid of my tub surround & replace with tile.

TILE ME. I would love to stop cleaning the painted walls behind my stove where a beautiful, tile backsplash belongs. I would also like to stop dropping important things like our mail in the gap between the wall and granite. :-D

We are currently buying our first house (Yay!), and it’s quite the fixer-upper. We would love to be able to add new tile floors or a fancy, schmancy tile backsplash in our kitchen.

Your giveaways are awesome! Thanks for the chance :)

I would love some new tile floors for my kitchen. We went the cheap and easy way with wood laminate and I think switching it for nice tiles would make a world of difference.

Oh, please TILE ME! When we bought our house the tile in the shower had been reglazed. It looked fab for about 2 weeks, and then the reglazing started to peel off. We’ve redone the glazing twice (knocking our one and only shower out of commission for a few days each time), and it’s still just not working…sigh.

    Thank you!
