How excited are we to be giving away a Model One Radio this week? You probably know that our cheery yellow one is one of our favorite things that we’ve bought for our new kitchen (more on that here). Sure it’s been dubbed “the best sounding table radio ever made” by some (MSNBC in this case), but our love for it stems first and foremost from its looks. It’s one good looking radio. But that’s not to say that we don’t crank up the radio (or an iPod playlist thanks to the auxiliary input in the back) and enjoy a family dance party every now and then…

Other than in my car, I don’t own a radio. I use Pandora or my mp3 player. I’m one of those weird people who crave silence so I don’t play the radio in the car either. This would be fun to have in my home office / craft room. Thanks for the giveaway!

I have been coveting your radio since the first day your post went up! I listen to my radio all the time…in the car on the way to work, it’s mostly NPR. On my way home, I crank the tunes to get me through rush hour traffic. I have a iPod playlists for everything from running to doing dishes to individual road trips. Oh, and of course dance parties :).

” RADIO ME” My radio ( very old boombox ) sooo needs to be replaced! And yes, my radio is what keeps me going when I am working on a project. My choices to listen to are very eclectic. Most days its talk radio, but when it gets nasty I listen to contemporary christian radio and yet again some days it is good old country stations with some 70’s and 80’s top hits mixed in.
