How excited are we to be giving away a Model One Radio this week? You probably know that our cheery yellow one is one of our favorite things that we’ve bought for our new kitchen (more on that here). Sure it’s been dubbed “the best sounding table radio ever made” by some (MSNBC in this case), but our love for it stems first and foremost from its looks. It’s one good looking radio. But that’s not to say that we don’t crank up the radio (or an iPod playlist thanks to the auxiliary input in the back) and enjoy a family dance party every now and then…

Radio me because my kid loves to sing. He actually narrates his life in song which is perfection. We used to use the music channels on the tv but would love to not have the light box on just for music.
So, radio…my kid because he loves to sing and only needs one chorus before he can get the last word or two of each line.

RADIO ME…My 11 yr-old twins and I like to cook on Sunday nights with our radio set to the Spanish station. (Grace is Paula Deen and Brandon is one of her sons–we do “cooking shows.”) Midway through, Grace/Paula stops for a dance break, complete with lots of hair tossing and hands in the air. This kinda fun couldn’t happen without our trusty radio. But we would love a new one.
