Fab Freebie: The Devil’s In The Details

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – scroll down to see who won!***

Thanks to the devilish randomization that is random.org, our two winners are… Steph (who was just talking to a colleague about the two tattoos she has…for now) and Alason (who’s thinks her little butterfly tattoo on her back makes people assume she’s a bad girl). Congrats ladies!

Since you guys seemed to enjoy last week’s spring cleaning related giveaway, how about another? Your house can’t possibly be all cleaned up yet can it? This one comes from the folks over at Dirt Devil who are gonna hook two of you up with a tattoo. But you’re not going to disappoint the parental units in this case. The Tattoo is a light-but-powerful canister vacuum that boasts an ornate “tattoo” design on its body, comes in four devilish hues, and includes cool details like an automatic cord rewind feature. You know, so you can suck with style.

Dirt Devil Tattoo

  • PRIZE: A Dirt Devil Fantasy Tattoo series canister vacuum in any color
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “TATTOO ME!” and…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … dish about what tattoo(s) you have, wish you had, wish you didn’t have, or never ever wanted (feel free to share the where and the why too if you’d like).
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, April 6th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: Two
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States and Canada
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

Tattoo Me!! I did have a chinese symbol for beauty tattooed on the top of my foot when I was 18 but then when I was 23 I had it covered up by a flower with a whimsical design. You can’t even tell the old one was ever there! I love it still today, and I figure when I’m 80 I probably won’t walk around barefoot anyways. Thats probably all the tattoos I’ll ever get though.

    TATTOO ME!

I’ve never been brave enough to get a tattoo and probably never will be, but one of my favorite English profs had a couple of sparrows on her forearm to remind her that God watches over the sparrows and will watch over her too. I think that’s really cool.

TATTOO ME! I like them on others but not on me. There’s no way I wouldn’t eventually get tired of any design and want to change things up. Just like my wardrobe–or decor!

And we so badly need to replace our failing 40yr Kenmore vacuum that’s currently held together with duct tape…

    TATTOO ME!

i have 4 tattoos. they are all meaningful to me and i love them (of course i am only 26). the two on the insides of my wrists say Life and Lucky. one reminds me how important it is that i am here and the reminds me how lucky i am to have the chance to be here with the people i get to be here with. i also have two lines from poems on the inside of my upper forearms. the remind me be aware of what is going on around me and how i feel about it and also to do my best to make a difference with what i have, no matter how small.

honestly, i can’t imagine my 50, 60, 70 year old self wanting to know why i would have wanted these perminent reminders. i guess i will see when i get there. ha!

Tattoo Me!! I (luckily) made it through my younger years with no tattos; however I did end up marrying a very tattooed man funny enough…he’s got a tattoo on his neck, all up and down his arms, and his back. I always say he’s got enough for both of us! :)

    TATTOO ME!

I love tattoos! I currently have six: a shooting star (for a friend that passed away), the phrase “carpe diem” (for another friend that passed away), a flower that I let my best friend pick out, and my three favorites: a ladybug on one foot for my mom b/c she loves them, an anchor for my dad on my other foot b/c he was in the Navy, and all things nautical remind me of him. Lastly, I have a strawberry and lyrics from The Beatles’ “Dear Prudence” (the sun is up/the sky is blue/it’s beautiful/and so are you) on my right forearm.

Let me know if you need photos! :D

Tattoo me and ha @ Mary re the ice cream!

Two: One on my back (“Poetry” in Chinese, and yes I had it verified by a person who read/spoke Chinese), the other a self-design Scrabble tile boasting L for Laura on my left wrist. Or L for Left, it’s helpful in that way too :)

Anyone have a recommendation for a great vacuum for hardwood floors and pet hair? I’ve contemplated a Roomba but I’m scared of the expense; I wouldn’t say no to a very attractive dirt devil either (particularly free).
