I’m BOLD and traveled all the way to Germany after my boyfriend and I at the time broke up after thinking the long distant relationship was too difficult. He had no idea I was coming to save our relationship after 3 months of being broke up. I walked right into the bar he was at and his jaw dropped to the floor and now we have been married for almost 4 years!

    Im Bold!

Back in May I purchased my first home that had dingy old plain white walls. Out of necessity (and fear I would go mad) I painted them all (yes all) one color (Behr Cottonseed; a dreamy light and creamy yellow). I love the color, but one color in the whole house (and yellow to boot)is killing me. Ive recently decided to go BOLD and take my time choosing colors for each room (that are cohesive of course) but also show that room’s personality. :) One of these cute prints from Judy Kaufmann will certainly help me with my bold adventure. Wish me luck!!

After college, I left home to move to California and moved in with a boyfriend (future husband) I’d been dating online for 4 year. I found the love of my life, followed my heart and we created even more love in this world when we had our daughter two years ago.

I’m BOLD! Until recently (and I mean recently when I came across this amazing blog), I was never interested in DYI or house decorating. You guys have completely inspired me and I look forward to checking the website daily, while taking a break from my hectic lifestyle known as school. The one bold thing that comes to mind (being bold in the fact that I usually don’t do much decorating), occurred on a snowy afternoon when with nothing do to. With no experience painting or picking out colors, I picked a wall in my room and painted alternating pink, black, and white stripes. I am a big fan of zebra and the color pink! So there ya have it!
