We’re always on the lookout for new art these days (lots of empty walls!) so we’re excited to bring you this giveaway from Barcelona-based illustrator Judy Kaufmann. Her bold prints – sometimes colorful, sometimes stark – have a charming combo of simplicity and intricacy. Here are a few of our favs below, but you can of course browse more in her Etsy shop.

I’M BOLD! Hmm… well probably the boldest/bravest thing I’ve done is when we rescued a dog off the street. He needed surgery and I was able to raise the money for him to have it and then he was adopted out! For someone who hates to fundraise because I feel bad asking people for money, it felt good that I got brave enough to get the money together.

I used to be afraid of public speaking, so I took on a (talk!) radio show that ran every week for an hour, that i had to fill with witty banter, guest interviews and generally just a heck of a lot of talk! Did it for two years before I finally decided that I had learned how to speak in public.
