We’ve always loved snagging cheap finds for our house at both stores – like the nailhead trimmed ottoman in our bedroom (from T.J. Maxx) and just about every pillow in our den (from Marshalls).

I am a devout TJ Maxx and Marshall’s shopper. Before I had a kid I would go every Friday after work as my “wind-down” time. I actually find shopping there and looking through their items to be soothing and stimulating at the same time.
In terms of what’s on the list for myself, I’d love a new dresser. We’ve gone through two IKEA ones and are borrowing one from my mother-in-law. What I’m most excited to give are personalized wooden dolls of our family – a set to my mom and more for our toddler.
