Y’all have heard of a little thing called Pantone, right? Well the folks who declared Emerald the color of the year have a slew of color experts who have also inspired a line of paint. And our bloggy friend/decorative painter Kristen clued us into MyColor inspired by Pantone – which is a series of project-sized paints for furniture, accessories, walls and beyond. In addition to the cool clear packaging, these quarts of eggshell paint (which are sold online and at Lowe’s) are ultra low VOC, stain blocking, and self priming. And one of you is gonna get EIGHT quarts in any of their 49 paint colors!

    Pantone me-I’m craving an updated neutral for main area of the house to balance out all of the COLOR i have going on in all rooms leading off LONG hall! Is there a nice blend of grey and tan that will match my existing neutral curtains??:)

    PANTONE ME! I am really gravitating toward green, yellow, and raspberry pink, but Emerald is a bit too cool for me. I prefer more of a kelly green or grass green.

    PANTONE ME!

    I try to pick a ‘color of the year’ to incorporate into my wardrobe! I noticed a LOT of black (I’m a musician) and blue, so I decided to branch out and pick a theme every year so my wardrobe didn’t look like a bruise…I have also added this to my home decorating…love it!

    PANTONE ME!! I keep looking at different shades of pink, mostly in the deeper tone. It’s weird because I never liked pink growing up, but I want more of it lately.

    I can’t get away from grey! Although plum is right there next to it…could be b/c that’s what I want to paint our nursery ?

    Right now I am all about tangerine orange, fuchsia pink and apple green (the colors of my daughter’s new big girl room – her choices). They were on a bridal shower invitation two years ago and she’s still gaga over that combination. ;-)

    I never seem to get away from buying blue clothes…No idea why. Even when I think “no blue for you!” somehow…it still happens.

    PANTONE ME! I can’t seem to make up my mind but my two colors are a true cool grey and a bright coral. They seem to be popping up in my house daily lately.

    PANTONE ME!

    I’m just in love with pink. Always have been….and I feel like, since I’m a single girl, I might as well use as MUCH AS I CAN! So it’s everywhere. :) One day I’m gonna get married and I’ll have to throw everything out and start over…haha…but it’s worth it!
