Y’all have heard of a little thing called Pantone, right? Well the folks who declared Emerald the color of the year have a slew of color experts who have also inspired a line of paint. And our bloggy friend/decorative painter Kristen clued us into MyColor inspired by Pantone – which is a series of project-sized paints for furniture, accessories, walls and beyond. In addition to the cool clear packaging, these quarts of eggshell paint (which are sold online and at Lowe’s) are ultra low VOC, stain blocking, and self priming. And one of you is gonna get EIGHT quarts in any of their 49 paint colors!

    PANTONE ME!!!! I’m in love with Teal this year, I’ve yet to paint a wall because my husband isn’t a huge fan of it but I’m sneaking it in with lots of accents :)

    I’ve been getting back into the jewel colors…I guess emerald is one of them, but probably more of the deeper, purply rubies. :-)

    PANTONE ME! My color of the year is yellow – I’ve been trying to work it into my decor more (with intermittent success) to break up my tendancy to trend towards all blues

    PANTONE ME!! Almost everything in my closet is a neutral but I love adding in super bright accessories. I can’t pick one color because they change all the time. Though my most recent purchase was coral :)

    PANTONE ME! My color is always turquoise though it’s becoming more and more frequent in my choices instead of just an accent. My hair was even a blue-ish turquoise shade a few months ago!

    PANTONE ME!

    My house is a lot of blues and greens, but my wardrobe crosses the entire spectrum, but is still light on the reds/oranges/yellows. I think I’m always drawn to blues and greens though, with the occasional pop of bright pink/magenta.

    Pantone me! I guess I am in a Spring mood because I am loving all things mint. Jeans, shirts, dresses, bathing suits. Love all of it in mint!

    Pantone me!

    I’m a graphic designer so the good ol’ PMS swatchbook is always by my side. In decorating my new home my go-to colors are turning out to be purple, teal, and gray.
