Y’all have heard of a little thing called Pantone, right? Well the folks who declared Emerald the color of the year have a slew of color experts who have also inspired a line of paint. And our bloggy friend/decorative painter Kristen clued us into MyColor inspired by Pantone – which is a series of project-sized paints for furniture, accessories, walls and beyond. In addition to the cool clear packaging, these quarts of eggshell paint (which are sold online and at Lowe’s) are ultra low VOC, stain blocking, and self priming. And one of you is gonna get EIGHT quarts in any of their 49 paint colors!

I’d say my color is coral – or maybe teal. I’m getting married this summer and those are our main colors – bright and colorful and festive! I think a few accent walls in coral would look amazing.

My color of the moment is indigo — I’m all about my indigo purse, indigo clothing, and now I’m trying to work it into my master bedroom (along with terra cotta, soft gray, and pops of coral-y pink). It will be glorious!

My family room is mostly in shades of blueish-gray with hints of true gray, teal, and tan/beige. I’d like to start adding in pops of yellow here and there in accessories and art work. We recently picked up wooden stools for a metal teal table which I’ve been thinking of paiting yellow.
