Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

Fix me! My bathroom sink really needs a new faucet; the hot knob won’t turn. The tile in the shower needs to be updated, too. Not only is it in bad shaped, but it completely clashes with the flooring.

Our hall bath is quite amazing…builder grade bathroom vanity that is water damaged and missing a chunk out of one side (thank you previous owners)…huge ugly builders mirror, and best of all PINK MARBLE bathroom counter….but don’t you worry, the pink flowers in the linoleum ties it all together. BARF!

    “FIX ME”

Everything, of course :) But more specifically, we have these weird wooden towel hangers and racks. Very outdated. Although it’s hard to see that they would have ever been “in style”.

FIX ME!!! Our master bathroom was a light pink color with beige sponge paint when we moved in 4 years ago! The sad part is our house was built in 2005 so this was a fairly recent decision by the previous owner… I got ready in this bathroom for nearly 4 years before I did something about it! Just a few weekends ago my husband and I started with the paint – now we’re SLOWLY re-doing the entire thing. This giveaway would help to speed up the process! Pick me, pick me! We haven’t changed out the faucets yet and I love Moen products – they’re just not in the budget right now!
    Thanks!

Our house is a diasaster, and our bathroom has a lovely set of avocado green tiles and matching tub. If that weren’t bad enough, our walls are starting to bow, and the grout is cracking. I have a funny feeling there’s a lot more going on than meets the eye.

While I’m grateful the house we bought two years ago is in excellent shape, nothing was changed once it was installed (just incredibly well-maintained). Thus, we have glittery bathroom counters. Yes, the laminate has gold glitter speckles.

While the pink tile border also irks me, at least the remainder of our bathroom tile on the walls and shower is a lovely bright, shiny white, so we’ll keep the tile and replace that counter… someday!

FIX ME!! You would be “green” with envy if you could see our bathroom – sike! (I’ve been dying to use that again since 6th grade.) We have a full-on 70’s bathroom, and literally everything is green – toilet, sink, vanity, walls, tile, ceiling, trim – EVERYTHING! I can’t wait to gut this baby but we are saving money for the renovation and this would help tremendously. I would start swinging my hammer stat. :)

    FIX ME (Please!)

Our shower is sketchier than a college dorm shower. Our vanity and mirror combo are old, outdated, and used to be…yellow…until we put a Band-Aid coat of dark brown paint over them. The cabinets are flimsy, too. The worst thing is that we only have ONE bathroom in our house, so that’s what our guests get to see. Please help us give our little bathroom the makeover it desperately needs! :)

What doesn’t need updating in our home’s bathroom? There are the brass fixtures and brass shower door that drives me insane.
There are missing tiles in the bathtub in which we have waterproof tape over to prevent water from splashing into the hole, until we gain( read until I can get the hubs on board)the courage to diy it. The list goes on and on!!!!
