Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

These are gorgeous, and are actually just the items I need. My hardware is very out-dated and generic.

FIX ME! We recently pruchased a house and the “New” vaniety was “cleaned” by someone (they used a cleaner that stripped the cabinets) and they installed the drawers and cabinets incorrectly. The grout in the tile is cracked and chipping away.

Our shower doesn’t drain right and we only have about 3 square feet of room to both maneuver in each morning. I’ve been wanting the re-do the master bath since we bought our house!

    Oh my…where to start!
Clue, 1970’s avacado everything. Three different co-ordinating tiles, avacado toilet and tub, white sink and a stark white toilet seat. Apparently they don’t make avacado toilet seats anymore…I know because the guy at the local Home Depot thought I was hilarious for even enquiring…I figured, just thought I’d ask.
    Thanks for the great giveaway!

Oh gosh so many things wrong with my bathrooms:
    -Doily print floor tiles
-Improperly installed shower doors that peeled off parts of the bathtub/tile when removed
-Corroded chrome fixtures in the tubs and sinks
-Leaky vanity tops (so old that they have microscopic cracks)

    I love the Boardwalk faucet!

Our guest bath is so sad. We’ve got an old countertop (all builder grade) and those horrible fixtures that look like they have a plastic orb on top. The sink might as well look like the old seashell sinks, it’s just that bad. Gross! We could definitely use this giveaway to spruce up the bathroom.

My house was a super cheap foreclosure. The only things that work in my master bath are the sink and the toilet. I reaaaaally need the tub and shower to be fixed by someone that knows what they’re doing. Luckily, the shower in the guest room works so I don’t have to bathe in the pool or anything.

Our fixtures definitely need replacing! We have double sinks in our master bath and one set of faucets doesn’t even turn, and the one we use – the cold has to be turned to the perfect spot to stop running – it no longer has a solid “off” position! It’s all original from when the house was built in the early 90s and we haven’t been able to justify the expense of replacing them. I would love love love this prize!!!!

Our master bath is still rocking the builder-grade fixtures that came with the house 20 years ago…including cracked shower tile, stick-on linoluem, and awful light fixtures. AND since it’s integrated into the master bedroom (don’t worry, the toilet is in its own little water closet)…we can’t even close the door to hide it!

…and can someone please explain to me why my water closet has a towel rack in it? It’s just a toilet and a towel rack. For some reason, that really bothers me.
