Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

    FIX ME!

We just got a new shower (thanks insurance company!) and polished up our tub, but the 80s tile countertop and 80s country wooden mirrors, medicine cabinets, hardware, faucets, and lighting just don’t go!!! We can’t wait to finish redoing this master bathroom. The poor kid’s/guest bathroom will continue to wait in the wings….priorities man…

FIX ME! Our bathroom tile is disgusting, the vanity top moves separately from the base now, the light fixture is gross, the fan sounds like a 747 is landing… Pretty much the only thing we like (and probably because it’s the only thing we’ve changed so far) is the addition of our ultra high efficiency niagra toilet.

we REALLY need a master bathroom in general right now. we don’t have an “en suite” bathroom – just a hall bathroom that we use. and it has old pink and grey tiles. it’s small and does not have much space so it could use a huge makeover. however, we can complain – at least we have a bathroom. and we can take a bath or shower in it.

Fix me! Both of my bathrooms are original to my house, which was built in 1959… so pretty much everything needs replaced in them. But the biggest impact would probably be to replace the toilets, as I’m sure they are pretty inefficient. :)

    FIX ME!

Both bathrooms in my parents’ house are in desperate need of some TLC, but the smaller bathroom is by far the worst. The plastic faux-brick wall is falling apart, the sink is just plain ugly, and the shower… oh man. I’m sure the round shower with the yellow fiberglass door was the height of style when the house was built in the ’50s, but today it just looks sort of ridiculous. Also, whatever material the shower is made out of never looks clean, no matter how much bleach and elbow grease my mother uses. And one of the light fixtures needs to be replaced and the door doesn’t really close all the way. I mentioned that this is the worst bathroom ever, right?

Our Master Bathroom has been the last on a long list of things that need major decorating help. We are finally ready to start! Our vanity as a whole needs to be updated, cabinets painted, new counter top, new fixtures and a new mirror. The floor needs to be replaced and all new decor needs to be added. All of this while being on a budget while the hubs finishes college. Looking forward to it all though, love the Moen fixtures!
