Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

We have a bathroom I decorated. I call it the Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Bathroom. It has a Hawaiian/surfing theme and it was fun to pull together. Our 4 oldest boys are the primary users.

When I painted, my husband removed the baseboards with the intention of replacing them with something spiffier. Guess what hasn’t happened…and that was a year ago!

I am a young, new homeowner fixing up my home one room at a time. My current bathrooms are full of builder-grade materials and fixtures that don’t match. The plain-jane vanities are in the most need of help, as are the grungy tiles in the shower. Winning this giveaway would be a dream come true for a gal on a budget! :-)

PS – Your blog is very inspirational…I pre-ordered your book and can’t wait for it to arrive!

Definitly in need of some shower updates. We have to keep a second curtain in there to cover the glass block window and tile trim so it doesn’t get any grosser than it already is. We would love to upgrade that and add a rainshower!!

Fix me! My bathroom walls have been rough and uneven since the day I moved in three years ago! The former owners halfway removed wallpaper from the walls and then painted over them — resulting in a bumpy, uneven finish. :(

Fix Me! We just bought our first house, and the bathroom was redone in the 80’s. The door hits a cabinet when opened, so you have to “suck it in” to get inside the bathroom. There is pink and green plaid wallpaper, gold fixtures and cultured marble everywhere. Help!

    FIX ME!

We were excited to finally have a master bath when we moved to our current house, but unfortunately it’s the original late 1970’s era model. Besides the tile that’s peeling off the walls and the shower stall that never quite looks clean, we also have a yellow vanity counter complete with a blue sink. Yes, we need a total gut-job. But some new fixtures would be a great way to take that first step… :)
