Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

FIX ME please! Our 1960s house has some seriously dated bathrooms (i.e seagreen everythingggg – tiles, tub, toilet). We’ve been doing showing it some DIY love and re-tiled the floors, glazed the tub, replaced the toilet, etc but haven’t gotten around to upgrading any hardware yet because the old hardware is still functional. Would LOVE to top off the update with new fixtures! :)

Where to start? The tiles are heinous, the medicine cabinet is peeling, and the fixtures are less then desirable. We would love a fix!

Fix me! I’m desperate for a new bathroom upgrade. Our master bath has carpet that is dingy, a broken vanity with a stained top, and a shower from a horror story! There are cracked tiles and stains in the shower stall that I canning get rid of no matter how hard I scrub. New fixtures would be one step to get it back in the right track!

Our vanity is huge, and of the 1970s variety, very long with lots of drawers and doors, but then there is only one sink right in the middle. I looks weird and sad and lonely. It needs to be in updated cabinets and it needs a friend.

It has the slickest tile on the ground and it’s become a huge dangerous area after showers or baths. The tile above the surround is fricken moldy! Oh I can’t wait to replace it!!! New fixtures would be a great start!

Our bathroom is a mint (literal) 1960’s original. While I love the grainy, pixelated, 1″ mosaic floor tile, the rest is in dire shape and everything eventually needs to be replaced. It’s small, choppy floor cracks, tub faucet leaks, pipes need replaced, and the vanity sits just above my knees. I’m looking forward to the overhaul when we save up the funds!!

    FIX ME!!!
We just moved into a new (old) house 2 months ago. The 3rd floor bathroom is a 1970s disaster! Think dark wood panelling on the walls, yellow/brown linoleum floors, even pink old-fashioned stiletto stickers as a “trim” around the chair-rail! Disaster. The only saving grace is the old claw foot tub, which we’ll be painting white (it’s currently also brown). Talk about a total redo. We’re looking forward to ripping out the panelling, linoleum, and wood vanity/medicine cabinet and installing some nice black & white hex tiles on the floor with white subway tiles on the wall. If we add a shower attachment to the tub, it’ll finally be a fully functioning bathroom!
    Moen, please help! :)

We just got a few bids on remodling our master bathroom. There are so many decisions we are going to have to make on tiles, fixtures, accessories…etc it has been pretty overwhelming. Between the leaky bathtub to the shell shaped sink and vanity, it is way overdue. We are pretty desperate to fix it!

FIX ME! Wow, this couldn’t come at a better time! We just finished re-tiling our bathroom after the diverter to our shower corroded to the point of flooding buckets into our basement. $900 later we had a working shower (it’s the only bathroom in our little ranch house) and new tile. The showerhead that was installed has poor water pressure, but for now, it gets the job done. I also just repainted the bathroom and now, for whatever reason, we can’t figure out how to get the towel bars and TP holder back on the wall! Ack! That Visa gift card would be super helpful in allowing us to move our toilet to a spot that makes sense in the room!
