Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

Pretty much everything in our bathroom(s) needs replacing. The toilet, the floor (carpet. The previous owners put carpet in a bathroom), the vaity, the lighting, I could go on. New fixtures would be a sweet upgrade for the whole room!

We are working on turning a laundry room into a master bath. Right now we only have an old toilet and tiny, tiny sink that barely works. In desperate need of an actual bathroom of our own!

    To be honest, my bathroom isn’t horrible… not compared to some of these other horror stories ^__^;

    It’s just tiny.

I have zero counter space, zero towel storage space, and one of those horrid wall-mount tri-fold medicine cabinets. I really need to replace that so I can actually see all of my face at once. Ah, priorities.

FIX ME! We desperately need a new bathroom sink. Ours comes up to about mid-thigh, and we are not giants, just normal heighted people. We just installed a new toilet. The one we took out was the original and we found a manufacturing date on it from 1922!!!

FIX ME PLEASE! Overhauling our bathroom can’t happen til student loans are paid off and I don’t want to paint around everything twice, so the stenciled “rub a dub dub, Jordan, Trey, and Grace in the tub” is still all over our walls. :P

    FIX ME please!!!

We are currently living in the basement of my parent’s home and in serious need of updating the bathroom. Our shower is leaking everytime someone takes a shower and for some reason it’s impossible for me to clean it. It’s a big mess and it’s driving me nut. I would love to take out the standing shower, tile it from floor to ceiling and install a glass door (been getting much inspired from your reader redesign posts). I also like to get rid the ugly linoleum floor, paint the cabinet, get rid of the outdated medicine cabinet and put in a nice mirror over the sink. The list can go on and on but I’ll stop. Our bathroom needs serious help!!!

Our bathroom is down to the bare bones. The previous person had CARPETED FLOORS. We pulled them up and the subfloor was completely rotted through. We have spent weeks just repairing the floors and not to mention the walls weren’t primed before painted so the paint was coming off the walls in sheets. So after all that, we can’t afford to get a decent vanity or shower, even though they are in dire shape as well. Oh and to have a good shower head. One can dream… Its the only bath in our home, we would love to have something beautiful!

My Fiance and I just closed on a house without showers, only bathtubs. Let me make that clear: no showerheads. At. All. Every bathroom in the house needs to be completely re done. A complete bathroom fixture set would be a huge help and the Voss style is so pretty!!!!

I would also like to add that the previous owners were in their 90s, so the overall bathroom sceme of cats will have to go as well.
