Fab Freebie: Get Your Fixture Fix

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random person getting their fixture fix this week is… Anne L (who simply described the problem in her bathroom as: “Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!”) Congrats Anne!

Got a bathroom that could use a new faucet? Or new showerhead? Or new just about every fixture? Well then you’re in luck. The generous folks at Moen are dishing out an ENTIRE suite of bathroom fixtures in your choice of three of their most popular collections: the modern 90 Degree, the sexy Voss or the classic Boardwalk. You’ll get:

  • Two bathroom faucets
  • A rainshower showerhead and matching tub spout
  • One 18-inch towel bar
  • Two towel rings, including their new retractable model
  • A pivoting toilet paper holder
  • Two double robe hooks
  • A curved Shower Rod

And just in case you’re not up for DIY-ing the install of all of these sparkly fixtures, they’re gonna toss in a $250 Visa gift card to help you hire it out (or to spend on another finishing touch to your new bathroom makeover). That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Moen Giveaway

  • PRIZE: A new suite of Moen bathroom fixtures (in 90 Degree, Voss or Boardwalk) and a $250 Visa gift card
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “FIX ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what in your bathroom is in the most desperate need of an update? Are you faced with old cracked tiles in your shower every morning? Does your mirror and vanity combo leave something to be desired? Or is your old leaky faucet enough to put you in a bad mood?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Aug 22th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Moen.

FIX ME! One of these days, I’m going to win one of these. ;)Although we have already taken care of the worst of our 1960’s bathrooms, we have one on the main floor of our home that is a doozy. Whatever you’re imagining, it’s probably pretty accurate. ;)

    FIX ME….
Both of the shower heads in our house affix directly into…soggy sheetrock. Yikes! We are planning to tile above the surround asap but dont have the budget yet to replace the worse-than-cheap-hotel shower heads.

    FIX ME!!

Our entire bathroom needs an overhaul: the carpeted floors (yuck!) and the gold swirly marble tub, counters and shower walls are all bad but our fixtures look like they’re straight out of the 70s with their smoky glass handles. Ick!

FIX ME. Hm, I could use either a new vanity in the hall bath (if you look closely, their is interesting graffiti from a 5 or 6 year old prior tenant lightly penciled on its front and side), or I could use replacing the sketchy jetted tub in the master bath.

FIX ME!!!!!! The most needed fix would have to be our crappy Delta 1700 series Tub/Shower Fixture with the even more deplorable design of a 3 holed valve forcing water into a 2 holed cartridge and thus causing a costly repair every 4-6 months…

    Fix Me!

My master bath is a bland, builder’s grade eyesore. The worst of it is that this medium sized bath comprises of two areas separated by a wall and door – one area is for the double sinks (complete with carpeting!) and one area is for the toilet & shower. It just cuts the bath in half and makes it feel so much smaller than it really is. I would love to update the bath to make it feel like a true master suite.

FIX ME! Both of our bathrooms are in desperate need of some remodeling. We moved into our house 1 month ago and both bathrooms need the floors addressed (new tile?); fresh pain; new vanities; new fixtures. The master bath needs a new shower all together. I love your site! Thanks for offering these give aways!

FIX ME! Our main bathroom is in dire need of some TLC, including new fixtures and re-tiling. Every time I clean the shower stall pieces of grout come off. The worse for me is the previous owner used the same busy brown/pink/white faux marble-esque tiles used on the floor and shower stall to tile the vanity top and trimmed the edges with white wood. Very strange and very ugly.
