When FLOR offered to hook us up with some modular carpet tiles for our basement, we couldn’t pass up the chance to spread the love to you guys. So here’s where you can get your hands (or feet?) on some of our favorite FLOR designs – including the Ascot Stripe variety that we chose for our big basement makeover.
Yup, FLOR’s giving away a 5′ x 7′ square tile rug so one of you can join us in the fun of these stylish yet practical floorpieces. They’ve got a whole slew of designs available – natural fibers, bold colors, sophisticated stripes and even a line by Martha Stewart herself. And we’ve picked out seven styles that make our toes curl. Check out some samples below, but don’t forget that they each come in multiple colors!

Nothing makes my feet happier then when my sister gives me a foot massage, including an achilles tendon stretching. If only she could teach my boyfriend to do it. :)
Second best is a hot foot-bath in the shower in the wintertime. My feet are cold, but my dry skin can’t stand a hot shower so I close the drain on the tub, throw in a small handful of bath salts and let 3 inches of hot water accumulate before I take a lukewarm shower. The hot steamy water warms me from my feet up!

My ugg boots make my feet happy. Strangely enough I enjoy them in the warm weather of San Diego and the chilly subzero temps of Alaska where I often visit my family. I suspect my feet would be happy walking on a FLOR rug too :-)

I have always been a little weird about my feet. For example, if I cannot move my toes I start to freak out and have to take off my shoes. What makes my feet happy are a clean pair of socks on freshly washed feet. Cozy feet are happy feet.
