A couple of weeks ago we asked our Facebook fans to share pictures of their pets (since we talk incessantly about Burger) and got an awesome response – over 100 photos and links of their four-legged friends (which you can browse right here under Fan Photos). So we figured a giveaway geared towards your pooches (and meowsers) was in order. Enter AllModernPet.com stage right…

One lucky pet parent will win their choice of an awesome easy-on-the-eyes bed so their furry family member can sleep in style (and your pup’s “bedroom” can be as stylish as your own).

DOGGONE IT! We have two cats and a dog, but if we win the bed, it will probably be for the dog. Our cats like to sleep in some crazy places. Cocoa, a 25 lb. long hair calico monster, loves to sleep on a pile of shoes in my closet. Our other cat, Phantom, loves a good cardboard box (the smaller, the better). Barney, the beagle/basset hound mix, loves the couch. We humans don’t particularly enjoy the hair he leaves behind, so a stylish new bed would be perfect for him!

Doggone it! My dogs will sleep anywhere at anytime, but the couch is the favorite place of Quincy. And, Murphy loves the windowsill (apparently the mini schnauzer thinks he is a cat).

Doggone it! We have an older dog we rescued and she loves to be petted so much that many times she has fallen over while we pet her because she was asleep!

DOGGONE IT! Trudi just collapsed in the middle of the living room floor for a post-walk nap. She doesn’t have any crazy sleeping habits, but she does prefer to sleep on the bed with us. Although, we are trying to encourage her to sleep on the floor since we have a baby on the way. Luckily, it’s easy to keep her off because the bed is too high for her short little corgi legs! So, she could use a fancy new bed of her own!!

On car rides, my scottie dog Margot likes to climb up on my shoulders and sleep there like a neck pillow. This was fine when she was a puppy, but now she’s 20 lbs! It doesn’t seem to bother her, but her mom gets quite a neck ache :)

DOGGONE IT! My dog sleeps right by my bed! He can’t be too far away from his “mom”. I mean, when I step out of bed in the morning he looks up like “Good morning!” and the following begins. Hahaha, he follows me EVERYWHERE! I also have two cats and they usually like to sleep on top of my head or chest, you know the most comfortable places they can find. :)

My Doberman Pinscher Daisy likes to sleep in the bathroom where its nice and cool because of the tile. She tends to get stepped on by my husband and i at night as we make our way in there in the dark! Daisy Dog would LOVE a fancy bed!

We just bought a house and the old owner’s baby was allergic to the cat so we said we’d take her. So poor kitty probably lost all her good sleeping spots. I think the weirdest is when she sleeps up against the wall and a stereo speaker. Or the time I came home to a perfectly made bed with a lump! I have no idea how she got under the comforter without messing anything up!

DOGGONE IT! Nola sleeps on the back of the couch, it’s not too weird, but she’s pretty normal! :) She also sleeps with one of our cats, but only one — the other smacks her and she’s afraid! :)

DOGGONE IT! Our mini schnauzer Basil Rathbone is usually in bed with us, but our cat Zoey LOVES to sleep on the bathroom counter. When she’s not sleeping there, we can usually find her in our bedroom window. And in winter, they’re both snuggled together at the end of our bed. :)
We fell in love with the Harry Barker beds at the NY Gift Fair – gorgeous fabrics, fab quality – we were looking at getting one for Basil but if we win one, that would be even better!

I have two and a half dogs – the half is my mother’s.
Dakota is mine, Putt-putt is my boyfriend’s (we live together) and Gator is my mom’s.
Putt-putt has been disappearing for hours at a time lately and we can’t find him anywhere, turns out he has been curling up in the laundry room underneath the sink in an old dog bed. It’s adorable!
Gator is happy sleeping anywhere – she’s a tad old! Ha!
And Dakota likes to crawl into Gator’s bed or plop down sideways on the couch.

“DOGGONE IT!” Maia loves to fall asleep in between the comforter and the sheet. I refuse to let her fall asleep under the blankets so she’s a master at getting in between sheet and comforter. I have no idea why she does this. I’m guessing my boyfriend’s body heat has something to do with it..

My pets are weird in that they like to lay wherever they know they are in the way. We have a tiny space between our kitchen island and the sink and the dog likes to lay right there. That way I have to step over her every time I’m cooking something. They also love to sleep on the couch in our front room. They curl up and lay right in the corner. Nothing too kooky from our pets I guess…but they just like up to trip over them!

My two golden retriever’s are pretty big (about 100lbs each) so they don’t have a lot of choices when it comes to sleeping spots. My youngest, Roark, has taken to sleeping on top of any air conditioning vent he can find.

Both our dogs start out in the bed with us every night, on my side, so it is usually me that sleeps in a weird position, trying to fit between them! Wilson, the 60 pounder, usually leaves sometime in the night, but Roscoe, the beagle, hangs tight all night long.

Doggone it! Our corgi, Bartlet, is still a puppy- she wouldn’t dream of sleeping unless we’re sleeping too! There are cats to be chased and important mail to be chewed. But she does just love when I get out of bed in the morning- it takes her 2.8 seconds to curl up in the warm spot right on my pillow.

My dog, Gibson, is the king of comfort, so he likes the nice leather chairs we have.. Recently though, we keep losing track of him and then find him sleeping in his “baby crate” which he outgrew when he was about 4 months old! He just squeezes his butt in there and apparently likes it! :)

We have a mini dachshund who sleeps in bed with us at night. I will often wake in the middle of the night to find her laying inbetween us, on her back, with the sheet pulled up under her arms like a little person. It is one of the most adorable things I have ever seen.

Miles, our yellow Lab, loves to snooze (and snore loudly) sprawled out upside down in an old ‘papasan’ chair, one of those Asian-inspired round rattan chairs popular in the ’70s. We found it put out on the street for trash pick-up here in Amsterdam (yes, the Netherlands) and thought it would be a perfect nap spot for him if we filled it with throw pillows. We were right. But now we’re about to move back to the US sans the papasan, so he’ll need a new bed. Fingers crossed!

My hubby and I have 2 cats and they have recently began “fighting” over a box to sleep in! We had ordered something and just threw the box in the floor while we admired our new purchase. Madison discovered the box as soon as it hit the floor and now LOVES to sleep in it. Her brother, Davie, will at times crawl in it too whenever he can bet her out for it.

Penny, my pit bull/boxer mix loves to sleep anywhere a human sleeps, but her strangest place is in the corner behind an arm chair in the living room. I don’t know how she even gets back there, but she does and she gets cozy. She usually grabs one of our shoes and takes that back their with her.

She loves to unmake and newly made bed and pull (with teeth) all covers to the center of the bed to lay on (or underneath). She also loves sleeping on the back of the sofa (similar tot he cats, but she’s 35lb) with her head hanging off which increases her snoring.

The favorite sleeping spot of one of my cats is my office workstation. I have a kitty cup-type bed for him and he snoozes there. Even when I’m not working.
I call him my supervisor. He comes to meow at me reproachfully when he thinks it’s time for me to start hittin’ the keys.
