A couple of weeks ago we asked our Facebook fans to share pictures of their pets (since we talk incessantly about Burger) and got an awesome response – over 100 photos and links of their four-legged friends (which you can browse right here under Fan Photos). So we figured a giveaway geared towards your pooches (and meowsers) was in order. Enter AllModernPet.com stage right…

One lucky pet parent will win their choice of an awesome easy-on-the-eyes bed so their furry family member can sleep in style (and your pup’s “bedroom” can be as stylish as your own).

DOGGONE IT…I have a cat! He is 17 years old and loves to sleep in the sun on the screened in porch even when it is 100 degrees outside. It keeps his old bones warm.

Just yesterday, my husband pointed our to me during dinner that our chocolate lab Boone was asleep. The ususal part was that he was asleep sitting up! Apparently he had played so hard outside all day, he couldn’t be bothered to lie down!

Max the Cat… first off, thinks he is a dog, but he’s not. He will sleep anywhere!!! In the middle of the floor on his back with his legs all spread out, the back of a chair with his legs on either side or under the buffet in a little bed.

DOGGONE IT! I have a 2 yr old chihuahua who likes to burrow under everything! It’s not unusual for me to take a load of laundry downstairs and find him in there when I get down there. =)

Our mini schnauzer, Mr. Bojangles, likes to sleep in bed cuddled up like any other person. He puts his head on my pillow next to me and likes his body covered by blankets. He really has no idea he’s not a person too.

Dakota, my cuddly wheaten terrier doesn’t really fall asleep in weird spots but once she is asleep- on the couch, on the floor next to the sofa, even in her crate- she’ll stretch all out, paws to the sky, and roll over…and stay there for hours!
She would LOVE one of these beds…fingers crossed and paws crossed.

DOGGONE IT! Our dog Gracie likes to nap under the dining room table or chairs (on her back spread eagle) it’s very cute! If the sun shines on her, she’ll be out for hours!

Bella is a boxer, so her favorite place to fall sleep is curled up in a tight ball on the couch with her head on my lap. By the time she is in a deep sleep she is rolled out on her back with legs in the air, tongue hanging out, and sometimes howling! : ) She would love For the Dogs bed with the bolsters to lay her head on!!

DOGGONE IT! Our dog likes to sleep in the bathroom with her entire body on the tiles to keep cool, but she sticks her head out the bathroom door and lays it on the hallway carpet so she can keep an eye on us in the family room.

DOGGONE IT! Our cocker mix Lola currently sleeps on a suitcase…she likes being a bit off the floor, and when we left the suitcase out after one trip she took it as her permanent bed! We really need to get her an actual dog bed though, since my luggage is looking a bit dented these days, so this giveaway would be perfect. If she’s not on the suitcase, she’s doing her best to burrow under our covers or falling asleep on our bed stretched out on her back, all four legs in the air and head bent around in a crazy position.

Gabby, our boxer/terrier mix loves to be sneaky and sleep on our couch when we’re not home. She not supposed to be on it and she knows it but she just can’t help herself.. maybe the dog bed we bought her just isn’t comfy enough! Hopefully she wins a new one that will meet her standards! :)

DOGGONE IT! Our sweet beagle-dachshund sleeps anywhere there are pillows, but the kicker is she arranges the pillows just so. She curls up on top of one pillow, but somehow gets a second pillow perched on top of her, like a beagle-pillow sandwich.

DOGGONE IT! My hubby and I have two cats. Our Sophie is the oddest in her sleeping spots. One is inside the bath tub. My poor mother went in the bathroom and closed the door. Sophie came flying out from the tub, thru the shower curtain having been startled and my mother almost fell off the toilet having been scared to death.

One of our cats has a fetish for anything that is luggage, or might be luggage. She will pursue us around the house, if she sees us carrying a suitcase – because we might open it, and then she can sleep in it (whoo-hoo!) I recently found her sleeping on the table in a box full of casters (wheels)- bound for return to the manufacturer. I guess that counts as a trip, so it could be luggage.

DOGGONE IT! Oh my their stuff is so cute! The pic on their web page of the boston terrier is too cute and had me at the first click! Maybe because I have a boston named Lucy. She loves to get into the bed and worm her way to the bottom of the bed underneath the covers to sleep – I can’t imagine how warm it is in there but she loves it!

Gracie (yellow lab) doesn’t sleep in weird places, but she’s known to fall asleep sitting upright. Especially after a big day of hiking and swimming. I think she just fights the urge to finally go to sleep, afraid she’ll miss something fun.
