A couple of weeks ago we asked our Facebook fans to share pictures of their pets (since we talk incessantly about Burger) and got an awesome response – over 100 photos and links of their four-legged friends (which you can browse right here under Fan Photos). So we figured a giveaway geared towards your pooches (and meowsers) was in order. Enter AllModernPet.com stage right…

One lucky pet parent will win their choice of an awesome easy-on-the-eyes bed so their furry family member can sleep in style (and your pup’s “bedroom” can be as stylish as your own).
Here are this week’s giveaway details:
- PRIZE: Your choice of one dog bed from Bowsers, For The Dogs and Harry Barker (Rectangle or Round), any size and fabric you’d like (valued at up to $151).

- BONUS QUESTION: Tell us about the strange place(s) your cat or dog currently likes to fall asleep. Burger’s got a whole list of weird places and positions that he dozes off in, so we’re sure your pets have some kooky sleeping habits of their own.

Our 90lb dog Diesel loves to sleep under the bed! There’s a fair about of clunking and thumping as he maneuvers his way underneath, but once he’s under there he’s as happy as can be!

Since sleeping is one of our pup’s most treasured pastimes, he loves to sleep anywhere, but his favorite is in the lay-z-boy by the front window where he can keep an eye out for other dogs, cats, people or plastic bags that might “invade” the yard!

My 80 lb sweetie loves to curl up next to the pellet stove in cold weather…and in between the two of us on the bed every night; sometimes even sharing our pillows. She is such a princess and would love to have one of those glorious beds to call her own…or maybe its me wishing she had a nice cushy bed off of mine so I could get a better nights sleep.

Oh I am embarrassed at how trashed Finnegan’s snuggle ball is. What a perfect giveaway.
Finnegan likes to sleep in his snuggle ball, but we did one time find him sleeping up in the crook of the apple tree. He is a Jack Russell Terrier and can climb like you wouldn’t believe. He loves to climb the apple tree.

DOGGONE IT! My big dog Bear always seems to lie down without leaving room for his head. He was always sleeping with his head resting in the cast-iron V of my ex-boyfriend’s coffee table legs. At my house he will climb into a smallish armchair and curl himself into a tiny donut and sleep there, even though he looks like he’s about to fall out. I don’t know why he sometimes chooses this chair over the couch just across the room, which is another spot he likes.

Dog On It!! When we ride in the car my dog likes to sleep with her butt on the back seat of the car and her lil’ head resting on top of either my head or my husbands head. We can ignore the bad breath being blown in our face just because it is so darn cute!!

Our dog Early tends to sleep anywhere (and snore while she’s at it) but the only strange place she lands is on the rug in front of our bed – with her head underneath it!? I don’t get it, maybe it’s like her sleep mask.

Our shih tzu mix, Dokken, loves sleep and he’ll get it pretty much wherever he can. However, one of his favorite places to nap is under our bed, with just his head underneath and the rest of his body sticking out! (I think it’s sort of like an eye mask).

Jewels, our female Boston Terrier, has fallen asleep in some very odd places. Recently, she’s fallen asleep on top of our coffee table. Sure, we isn’t even allowed to be on top of the coffee table, but the sun was shining on the table and the table top was warmer than the carpet.

Our dog likes to wedge herself under our bed-this is not a wee purse dog, she’s a good sized lab mix so it requires her to army crawl under and then squinch around to get into her spot. How this is comfortable, I have no idea, but it must be b/c she does it every night.

During a recent living room re-do we created a corner of the room just for our two black labs “Benson” and “Bella” but DOGGONEIT, every morning they are curled up on the 2×3 welcome mat at the front door.. that’s a lot of dog in a little space.. they just love to snug close and would love to share a new fluffy bed :O) Pick us!
