A couple of weeks ago we asked our Facebook fans to share pictures of their pets (since we talk incessantly about Burger) and got an awesome response – over 100 photos and links of their four-legged friends (which you can browse right here under Fan Photos). So we figured a giveaway geared towards your pooches (and meowsers) was in order. Enter AllModernPet.com stage right…
AllModernPet.com is just one ofshoot of a slew of sites (like AllModern.com) that offer a wide range of products for us humans too, from Herman Miller office furniture to Murray Feiss lighting. But that pic of the Boston Terrier sprawled out on his dog bed had us at hello, so we present to you an AllModernPet.com pet bed giveaway. One lucky pet parent will win their choice of an awesome easy-on-the-eyes bed so their furry family member can sleep in style (and your pup’s “bedroom” can be as stylish as your own).
Here are this week’s giveaway details:
- PRIZE: Your choice of one dog bed from Bowsers, For The Dogs and Harry Barker (Rectangle or Round), any size and fabric you’d like (valued at up to $151).

- BONUS QUESTION: Tell us about the strange place(s) your cat or dog currently likes to fall asleep. Burger’s got a whole list of weird places and positions that he dozes off in, so we’re sure your pets have some kooky sleeping habits of their own.

Doggone it – Molly, our yellow lab, likes to go camping. She always falls asleep at our feet in the tent, but inevitably ends up between me and my hubby when we wake up in the morning!

Maybe that should be “FERRETGONE IT!” because we may be your only readers who have ferrets (Kaylee, Fiona and Hurricane Gabriel). They’re small enough to fit just about anywhere, and one fave sleeping spot was a little crack behind a bookcase. A new pet bed would surely be more desirable, yes?

Mia our pound mix falls asleep pretty much anywhere. We recently bought a new house and my favorite place to see her sleep is in front of the sliding glass doors where I imagine she fell asleep watching something outside.

Conan would love one of these cozy beds! He doesn’t really sleep anywhere strange…but he does like to sleep against any piece of white upholstered furniture I have :) It creates a fun brown spot after a week or two. ;)

Our calico kitties (they will forever be kitties no matter how old they are, they just turned 2 last week!), Lily & Lucy, are forever finding new places to fall asleep. Lily loves to lay behind the blinds and soak up the morning sun… and Lucy loves to snuggle up in between us as soon as we jump into bed for the night. We often wake up to them “making biscuits” on us in the morning. I’d love for them to have the Bowsers bed in the Milano print, so cute!

Maggie (toy poodle) and Lucy (schnocker) each have their own bed, but love sleeping together in Lucy’s too-small-for-them-both bed. I used to think that Maggie’s head and upper body hung out onto the carpted floor because the bed was too small, but no, that’s just how she’s comfortable — half in and half out. VERY cute!

London (maltipoo) is so funny. When she can she’ll fall asleep in your arms or if your arm is done she’ll curl up into the small circle your arm makes when your on the couch. She loves to cuddle. We bought her a bed from target a long time ago and haven’t been able to find something that fits our room decor. These beds are perfect!

We have a giant black cat named Mr. Face and a puggle named Piper. Mr. Face likes to sleep in weird little nooks and crannies, and I can never find him. There have been several times that I thought he had snuck out of the house, but I found him in a weird location, like on top of the books on a shelf in the living room, curled up and fast asleep. My least favorite is when he decided to jump to the top of a very tall bookcase next to my bed when I was home recuperating from a medical procedure. I woke up to intense pain as the 17 pound cat couldn’t find another way down, so he jumped on my stomach (where the procedure took place.) He also loves sleeping on cardboard boxes. Piper is less crazy, she just loves to sleep with us, and she always has to be right between the two of us in our full-size bed.

“DOGGONE IT!” Banjo doesn’t sleep in a weird position or place but when my husband and I start brushing our teeth at night he immediately gets up from wherever he is and curls up on his bed in our bedroom. After we are tucked in and the lights are off, he gets up and goes to each side of the bed to “kiss us” with his beg wet nose!
