Fab Freebie: Colorful Goods

Since we maxed out on entries less than 24 hours into the giveaway, we thought we’d go ahead and crown our winner. Random.org has selected… Jen W. (who’s long had a love affair with the color grey, but has lately been drawn to cheery yellows lately). Congrats!

It’s no secret that we loves us some HomeGoods. So how psyched are we to give one of you a $500 gift card this week? Answer: very psyched. And if you’re stumped on how to spend that money, HomeGoods has a new series of “Design Happy” videos to help inspire and guide you. Like the one below that offers up some simple tricks for adding color to a room through pillows & accessories (which just happen to be two of our favorite things to hunt for at HomeGoods):

    Color me! I have been loving me some fall colors lately…. Burnt orange, rusty browns and so punches of fun greens! With a splattering of whimsy items for good measure and light refraction.

    COLOR ME!

    I’m loving bright colors and primary colors at the moment. My husband and I have been working on our son’s robot nursery, and it has big pops of color, lots of greens, reds, blues, oranges. Should be super stimulating, and super cute!

    COLOR ME!! I’m loving light, happy greens and light grays right now. In fact, my kitchen color is pretty darn close to yours! That space is evolving to a combination of green, gray, tan, black, and white.

    COLOR ME! I’ve been leaning toward warm colors of orange, yellow, and pink, but I’ve also been dying to add some purple around the apartment as well :)

    Gold. it even surprises me a bit to write it down …but definitely gold has been sneaking in to my accessory purchases. a Stripe in a couch pillow and then curtains.
