My favorite smell is the smell of the strawberry shortcake dolls I used to have. They used to have a body spray at Walgreen’s that smelled just like it (i am so classy) and I used it forever!

Favorite smell is walking into a barn full of horses. Most people smell poop-I smell the warm smell of the horses, leather from the tack, and sweet smell of hay and sawdust. It takes me back to my childhood.

CHANNEL ME! My favorite odor is brewed coffee. Not to drink, just to smell. It reminds me of the house I didn’t grow up in. My grandmother made breakfast for my grandfather every morning, including brewed coffee, and then sent him off to work. My divorced, hard-working Mom only had time for instant coffee. Through adult eyes I now know that my single-parent household was the more functional of the two homes, but brewed coffee still reminds my of what life seemed to be like in a “Leave it to Beaver” home.

The smell of linden tree blossoms is my favorite smell–they only last a few days each summer, so it’s a fleeting seasonal thing. I also love dryer sheets, though they kind of make me gag at the same time, and clementines.

I love the smell of a campfire soooo much…blame it on my memories of going to the campsite with Nana and Pop-Pop when I was a little girl! :) That’s where my favorite sound came from too…walking on gravel. It’s crazy silly, but I just love it :)
