I love love love the smell of vanilla and chai. Vanilla chai is quite possibly the warmest and most welcoming smell in my home, not to mention lattes from Starbucks are just divine!

And my favorite smell is kinda odd. I love the smell of babies. I love to cuddle my son and hold him close and just breathe in that wonderful, amazing baby smell. I know someday he’s gonna be a stinky teenager, but babies just smell AMAZING so I’m making hay while the sun shines. SO thats me being weird: Imma baby sniffer. LOL But seriously – next time you get to hold a little one (provided they are not currently pukey or poopy or anything else malodorous) take a sniff, they smell WONDERFUL. :)

I’m allergic to most scents, but not vanilla. In fact, my sister, who teaches high school, now has a kid in her class I used to babysit when she was 4 or 5 (yep, I’m getting old). My sister asked her if she remembered me, and she said she remembers I always smelled like vanilla.

I actually have a terrible sense of smell. I have a hard time distinguishing scents. This has served me well since we had our son, though, because my husband is the one to smell the dirty diapers, not me, so he usually ends up dealing with them :)

For weird smells, I love the smell of car engine oil and grease and all that. My husband is a mechanic and he cracks up everytime he comes in after working on a car and I tell him how good he smells.
