I’m jealous of all the attention my pup gets from my daughter. Sometimes I wish she would hug me the way she hugs her Franny-dog. Oh our poor, pitiful little pooch…his entire day consists of sleeping in (keeping momma’s feet warm under the covers,) playing with his brother (the kitty) all day long (with long nap-time intervals for the both of them) and waiting on his parents to get home so he can nuzzle his (not so) little nose (he’s a long-haired weenie) into mom’s or dad’s neck, followed by a little stroll around the block, a nicely prepared meal, and a major snuggle-fest with the whole gang before being put right back into bed. Like I said—pitiful. :) Sweetest boy ever, he is 5 also. Besides all of the sleep, I mostly wish I had someone to make my (portion-controlled) meal every single day and not allow me to snack on anything unhealthy :)

So I am most jealous of MY dog because my first born’s first word was not “mama,” but “dog.” she is IN. LOVE. with her dog, especially rolling in the dog’s bed.
