Fab Freebie: Cameo Appearance

I believe it was the renowned Dave Coulier who once immortalized the words “cut it out” on Full House… but I don’t quite think Uncle Joey had a clue what potential those words could hold when it came to the Silhouette CAMEO digital cutter. You guys may have seen Silhouette cutters mentioned around the blogosphere before (our friends Jessica at How About Orange and Nicole at Making It Lovely did some cool projects with theirs). Now Silhouette has released a larger and quieter model called the CAMEO. Basically any design that you can create on your computer can be printed and intricately cut out on all sorts of papers. We haven’t tried it out ourselves, but there are tons of idea starters on the Silhouette Pinterest boards.

    CAMEO ME! Ben Affleck was filming a movie in my town last summer and I kept thinking it would be awesome if I just happened to run into Jen Garner (the whole family was living here for a few months) and we suddenly became BFF’s. Sadly, I didn’t even spot them around town.

      I was working in Harvard Square and they were filming The Town there…I saw BOTH OF THEM! Ben was working – directing away – and Jen literally walked right by me – and got into the back of a HUGE SUV right next to me. I totally paused and was like – wha wha wha wait! That was Jen Garner! It totally took a minute for me to register that – I had only gone in hopes of watching Ben in action. Too funny!

    Cameo Me! I would love to meet Anne Burrell for martinis. She just seems like a lot of fun. Maybe invite some of the other FN people along too, like Mike Symon and Mario Batali… Dang it, now I’m hungry.

    CAMEO ME! Can I reverse the question and say that I’d actually like to make a cameo appearance in the life of the Tanner family? Man oh man, from Michelle to DJ, Uncle Jesse to Joey–I wanted to be a part of that clan! Let me go find my stirrup pants so I’ll be ready the moment the invite arrives…

    CAMEO ME! Speaking of the royal family, I wouldn’t mind a visit from Prince Harry…it’s killing me that he’s in the US right now, just on the wrong coast! What’s the likelihood that he’ll make an appearance in NC? :)

    CAMEO ME!
    Most celebrities I would rather admire from afar, but I think Tom Hanks (and his wife Rita) would make me and the hubs feel comfortable. We’d all hang out in our back yard and have a few laughs.
