Fab Freebie: Blogiversar-A-to-Z

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries****

Just like last year, we’re celebrating this blogiversary with our biggest giveaway of the year – and it’s $500 big. Yep, one lucky person will be walking away with five benjamins to splurge on whatever they want from… (drumroll please)… Z Gallerie!

Z Gallerie White Chairs

Z Gallerie has always been one of our favorite spots to snag beautiful / sparkly / sophisticated items for our home (our addiction to them started long before they blew our minds by becoming sponsors). Not to mention they’ve got more white ceramic animals than Sherry can shake a stick at – which is dangerous because they’re fragile. So of course we’re thrilled (read: jealous) that one of you gets to score a chunk of change to spend there, especially since laying our eyes on their recently introduced Fall / Holiday collection.

Z Gallerie Rustic

So whether you’re looking to hoard accessories or put your winnings toward a new piece of furniture, this season they’ve go you covered from black to white…

Z Gallerie Black Or White

…silver to gold (with a splash of teal)…

Z Galleire Silver Or Gold

…and even cool to warm.

Z Gallerie Cool Or Warm

Here’s how you can score a chance to get your mitts on this prize:

  • PRIZE: $500 gift certificate to Z Gallerie!
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “Z ME!” and…
  • BONUS QUESTION: …tell us what you’d spend this $500 on? Some new art? An armload of holiday decor? Feel free to be as general or specific as you want. And if you’re not sure yet, don’t worry- we don’t select winners based on these bonus q’s.
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, September 29th at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: Anywhere in the USA
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday. Good luck…

UPDATE: Due to the volume of entries, Z Gallerie is upping the ante and not only giving away the original $500 gift card, but is also throwing in two $100 gift cards to runners up!

Note: We weren’t paid or perk’d for hosting this giveaway, we just take them on to reward our lovely readers! See our Giveaway FAQs page for more info. Pics from Z Gallerie.

Z ME!!!!! I would LOVE to update my bachelorette pad with actual items that I hand pick and fall in love with, instead of having hand-me-downs (although I am blessed and grateful for the nice ones family has given). I daydream about the day I can make the actual shift to “adult” furniture. xoxo

I would spend $500 to accessorize my living room. I just went back to college so I’m adjusting to a smaller paycheck and therefore fewer luxuries like this. This would make my year!

    Z ME!

I love your post and came across it after a few of our friends commented that my husband and I are the DC version of you guys (ok, my husband is not nearly as handy but he looks good in work clothes :) ). Three cheers for D-I-Y, stretching dollars and taking dated houses and home accessories and making them new again.

Re: Z Gallerie, love the place and have been eyeing a set of new end tables forever…but as we recycle I’ve been delaying gratification and searching for something similar on craig’s list that we can sand/stain/refinish/paint/and otherwise refurb into something we’d love. See axel and metropolitan end tables…divine.

We just moved across the country and before we moved, we sold pretty much everything. We came out here to start a Non-Profit. So the $500 could really help us furnish our new rental in Nor. Cal.

I would use it to buy a large mirror or piece of art to fill an empty space in my dining room. If there was any money left over, I would use it to accessorize my newly renovated basement.

    Happy anniversary!

I’d spend it on ceramic animals, in honor of you guys. Honestly, though, I need to do something with my mantel, and Z gallerie has some pieces I have my eye on. I’m also tempted to blow the whole wad on a really fabulous chandelier, like the Axis Chandelier to spruce up my dining room space.
