My best friend and I actually met when we had to work together on a 5th-grade “Wax Museum”, and we actually didn’t like each other….in fact, we had one or two “altercations” during the process. Sadly for us, we walked home the same route on quiet, mostly-empty suburban streets after school and eventually, silently walking on opposite sides of the street out of spite became too boring, and we began talking to each other as we made our ways home. 15+ years later, she’s been my maid of honor and closest confidant!
