He would always pick on me (still does, lol) but once our teenage years came we hung out every day and he became my friend more than my brothers. and even though we live 1000+ miles away now, we can still pick up right where we left off!

I met my BFF in 8th grade – we were both at a party for this girl neither of us really liked, and we were kind of bored. We started talking, became good friends in high school, then in college we roomed together, and the rest is history! One of our favorite activities in college was going out and getting the cheaper drug-store highlighting hair kits and we’d pull each others’ hair through the caps, apply the dye, and then read magazines and make fun of the celebrities or the articles. We have a great pic of us together in our caps!

She then moved two houses down from me the summer before 5th grade and we’ve been best friends ever since (we are now both 33). She was my maid of honor and rapped part of Will Smith’s “Parents Just Don’t Understand” as part of her toast at the reception because it was one of our favorite songs!!
