I met my best friend almost 10 years ago. It’s funny because when we met, neither of us thought we would be friends. Wrong! We’ve been through a lot together and there have been periods when we didn’t get to see/talk to each other very often, but that doesn’t change the fact that she’s my best friend! :)

I’ve actually known her longer than I’ve known two of my younger brothers! One of our fav things to do is go to the local diner and sit and talk for hours. I have to brag about my BFF Danielle!! Sorry ladies/gents, she’s the best! We met in kindergarten. She moved to my school in the middle of the year and the only problem with that was I was the teachers pet and she very quickly got cozy with the teacher. Thankfully I got over that really quickly because we were BFFs before I knew it. We stayed friends throughout school and even traveled from Florida to Texas to attend college together at Baylor University (sic ’em Bears!). I can proudly say that it’s been almost 30 years and we’re still communicating without speaking and no matter how long we’re apart, we pick up right where we left off!!
